The staff was great! The room was nice. The breakfast was very good & Servers went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. Good job.

I paid for a 2 queen bed room high floor and i got 2 queen bedroom but

not very clean

Close to 87 thruway. Great breakfast selection.

Many of our beds weren't cleaned, It's a good sleep but service is below average

Good staff and good service

The room & location were great. My only complaint would be the over-use of air freshener in the lobby. It was so overwhelming that is was nauseating.

Unfortunately check in was slow as appeared understaffed. Ordered food and waited 45 mins as it appeared desk staff also worked the food area.

Clean

The area was ok, not the easiest of directions as its at a area that has ( what feels like a million round abouts) little instructions or details. I got tgere arpund 11 at noght so not much traffic but in the morning leaving it was crazy no one knows how to drive in the round abouts. But the hotel was great, clean, i always fear of bed bugs but it was clean and not a sign of them ever being there. It smelled natural not of strong cleaners or really anything which i appreciate. The breakfast was ok, eggs and sausage ( which wasnt labeled it was turkey im fine with but not my kids) was a bit cold, but it was good other than the temp. The staff was amazing, i need an extra hour stay and there was no problem with it. ( i set it up the night before ) they dont have the more modern outlets though so bring the plug in boxes ( i didnt have one, phone was almost dead in the morning) they only have the old school wall outlets. Check out was easy and fast. I would definitely recommend this place. Sidenote, my kids loved the warm cookies on the way out.

Very friendly staff, everyone was very helpful. The breakfast was great. Plenty of parking as I, had a boat with me.

The rooms are very large and can be occupied by 6 guests in one room which is a huge plus. The free breakfast is excellent. Includes hot items as well as cold. We used the indoor pool which was empty, and we found it to be very clean and there were plenty of clean towels available. The fitness room was small but adequate, also rarely used. The staff was extremely friendly especially during check in. The breakfast staff was also kind and greeted us each morning. My only issue (Which i forgot to mention before I left) is that the shower pressure wasn't great. There was an issue with the switch that you pull to go from shower to tub and it didnt fully switch to shower.
