Room was infested with insects

Fikk først tildelt et rom hvor jeg var plaget av muselort på verandaen og en veldig hard seng. Etter en natt der, og flere henvendelser i resepsjonen fikk jeg et nytt og Fantastisk flott rom med nydelig utsikt over bassengområdet og vakker soloppgang. God hjelp fra Catherina som kom med forslag til steder jeg burde besøke under mitt opphold. Roberto som jobbet i restaurantene, foreslo retter og gode viner til. Området er veldig flott. Hotellet ligger avsides til, på landet. Ca 4 km å gå til jernbanestasjonen. Ingen butikker i nærheten, kun en inne på hotellet. Flott for familier og par. Rent og ryddig. Imøtekommende og hjelpsomme folk. Hyggelige mennesker overalt. Variert mat i buffetrestauranten. Litt mange ledd for først å sjekke inn romnummer, tildeling av bord, og bestilling av drikkevarer. Det virket unødvendig og stressende og uoversiktlig for de som jobbet i restauranten. De burde konsentrert seg om å rydde vekk, dekket på og ta i mot bestillinger. Ved bassenget var folk tidlig ute og okkuperte solsenger med håndklær. De tok gjerne ikke i bruk solsengene før langt på dag, etter både utflukter og lunsj. Her burde det overholdes å fjerne håndklær slik som det sto på plakaten, og ikke gitt ut nye håndklær uten å levere inn lapp. Vet ikke hvordan det var ved de andre bassengene, da jeg kun brukte signatur level bassenget de gangene jeg lå ved bassenget. Sandstrand på stedet, men veldig mye steiner i vannet og utgangen til vannet. Nydelige solnedganger ved havet.

Fantastisk hotel med højt serviceniveau og komfort. Rigtig god mad og masser af det. Lidt forvirring mht bordbestilling på deres a la carte restauranter. Men ikke noget, der ikke blev løst. Lækre pools og en okay strand. God wifi og tv-kanaler.

A great family experience with great entertainment and good!

The hotel was nice but it was all inclusive and the food was pretty mediocre. They have a la carte restaurant but they were always all booked. It’s not close to very much so getting other flog nearby is very hard. It’s also very much a hotel for little kids and every night they played the minion movie outside (to no audience) so we got to hear the same movie over and over. Views from the hotel and the hotel pool were great.

Staff were amazing, food was good.

I tried to book restaurants for dinner on the first day I arrived and they were all booked. I was unable to experience any dining options I was told were available to me as all a la carte restaurants were booked for a week. Alcohol options were good and beach always had subbed available

Everything is great overall. Good food, service and entertainment. There are few areas to improve on: 1) Increase the availabilities to book a la carte restaurant. (E.g. steak restaurant was only available on Tuesday and Friday. There was no availability when we tried to book on the arrival day already) 2) Rental equipments was old and we can't use it to play tennis properly.

Fabulous beachside location, although 1hr 20 min drive from Palmero airport. Lovely rooms and grounds. The main evening entertainment was awful, tbe pianist in reception bar was good but there was an overwhelming smell of drains in this area. Access to spa circuit expensive for what is there and the time you get, also no ice bath. Vegetarian food labelling confusing as some said they contained fish, would have liked to have seen some healthy breakfast drinks; smoothies/fresh juices. Signature guests get priority, which can be frustrating when you are queuing for the restaurant. There restrictions on what is included in the All Inclusive. Based on this I do not feel it is value for money.

We had been customers of Club Med cefalu and are used to high-end resorts and whilst the resort itself is a little dated, the facilities, staff, quality of the food, food options, bar service and general feel were excellent. I can honestly say we were blown away with the quality of the food at breakfast and in the specialty restaurants. restaurants.

Having been to Grand Palladium Resorts numerous times, though the first time in Sicily, we were treated like valued and loyal customers. Everyone we interacted with, went above and beyond, from the moment we arrived at check-in, to the moment we left. Would highly recommend.

Our stay was amazing, very relaxing and just what we needed after working everyday. The food was yummy very wide range to choose from, the rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. The entertainment staff made the stay much more fun. Would definately recommend.

Perfect for a relaxing all-inclusive short break. We were there in October and the pool areas, which are lovely, were still busy. There is access to the sea though the beach itself is quite stony. The buffet food at the resort is good quality and provided enough variety during the three days we were there that we didn't feel the need to book one of the a la carte restaurants. The hotel offers a bus trip to Cefalu and the town is most definitely worth visiting - you will ant to spend longer than the bus times suggest!

Eigentlich hätte das Hotel eine 5-Sterne-Bewertung verdient, aber der Service und die Qualität in den À-la-carte-Restaurants (Chang Thai und El Dorado) hat das ansonsten erfreuliche Erlebnis getrübt. Nichtsdestotrotz würden wir das Grand Palladium Sicilia weiterempfehlen - nur halt mit dem Hinweis, dass man auf das Essengehen verzichten sollte, um nicht enttäuscht zu werden.

I did not like that in 1 week we could not get into the a la carte restaurants. Very misleading that there are 5 restaurants to dine…actually only buffets were available all week.

Very well managed and maintained! Staff went above and beyond to attend to guests needs! Will highly recommend 👌

Excellent hotel, lovely staff. Shame we only stayed 4 nights as didn’t get full use of facilities and wanted to travel around Sicily so didn’t use much so was a waste really. All inclusive was good
