I could not sleep. They let people party all night long all over the hotel.

Clean, great staff, good breakfast

Only stayed one night but I was satisfied. Clean, quick check in and check out. No complaints. In a low traffic area too which I love. Microwave worked and fridge was actually cold. A bit pricey for one night and for breakfast to not be included, but that’s pretty much any decent hotel anywhere these days. Can’t comment on the breakfast because I didn’t buy it. Would stay here again though.

Great stay

Staff very friendly and property is good shape. Convenient to everything you need in the area. Only complaint was AC in room was pretty loud and woke me up a couple times.

We had a small hiccup but the staff fixed it with no hesitation and we can't thank them enough. Nice hotel, good space for our family, clean and convenient

I booked the hotel for my parents. They had their two dogs with them. We were able to check in immediately upon arrival with no wait time. There was plenty of room for my two parents and their two dogs. There was a coffee maker and microwave, also a full length mirror. The bathroom had all of the toiletries fully stocked with extra toilet paper and extra towels. It was very clean. And they gave us a downstairs room near an entrance for the dogs. They gave me everything I requested, and more. The last time that my parents came to visit, they also booked at the same hotel, and it was during Easter weekend. They gave us all free breakfast coupons, even though we had not booked that in advance. Every time my parents come in town they will stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, Sugarland.

Staff pleasant and helpful

Absolutely terrible! I ended up paying over $500. They don’t check for ID. Don’t have you sign anything upon arrival and they just charge your card as they see fit. I stayed one night. The rooms smell like cigarettes, it’s a mess in the lobby and the staff is horrible with bad attitudes. Also, very racist.

Quiet and spacious. Friendly staff. Though breakfast is not complimentary they gave coupons to offset the cost.

The bar and outdoor patio were nice

I stayed in 2 different rooms over a 3 day period. Blinds were stuck open. I went to front desk multiple times but they could never get the issue resolved. Love the hotel and area, but hard to sleep with no blinds

Not professional. Very noisy. The only good thing is that this place is very near to Saravana Bhavan, Indian veg restaurant

I liked the location. Very near to SARAVANA BHAVAN, Indian Veg restaurant. Toilet flushes were not working. Very noisy. Food choice are not that great
