Staff friendly, great breakfast choices

Staff that were there were awesome. Friendly and efficient (both Housekeeping and Front Desk we had interactions with - they were great.) I'm rating 3 stars as they did advise under staffed the weekend we stayed. Our room was clean and we had everything we needed (proper towels, soap, etc). The Hotel was packed with guests, and parents of young children (assuming tournaments), the parents allowed the children to run around freely in hallways, parking lots and at the pool. Very minimal supervision - which wasn't the fault of the Hotel, but made it uncomfortable for other guests. Kids run hallways until late hours - we sleep at 8 PM, and they ran freely, laughing, and being silly until 10 PM. The parents drank at the patio, loud with singing and laughing) until 11/12 PM. We never went to breakfast as it was chaotic. The pool we tried once, rules were not being followed (more than 20) , and the pool was not clean. The water had hair and things floating in it. Not sure if it was a filter issue, or just too many using it. The hot tub was to be closed, but kids used it anyway and it was very dirty - which makes sense as it should have been out of service. Watermelon rinds were seen on the floor of the pool area and in windows, stairs which was, in my opinion, not fault of hotel but guests allowing children to leave their rubbish places. Not sure if more staff could have helped. I didn't bother approaching staff with guests complaints as, although kind, they seemed overwhelmed.

The place is a good area. Place is fairly clean for the age it's at. It had a charging station which was very important for us. And slept very well. It was very quiet

We’d booked this hotel twice before. The first time, everything was great. However, on our second visit, they didn’t change our bed sheets, and we even received a management letter in our room. The water in the jacuzzi was also not clean. They did clean the garbage daily, though. The staff were friendly and tried to make us happy. The breakfast was good, but the boiled eggs were cold.

Room was clean. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was good. I especially liked the pool and hot tub. A lot of hotels don't have them now.

There is no room cleaning they charge the same as other hotels in the area but definitely not a clean hotel. Looking somewhere else in the future

The room was nice and clean. The bathroom faucet was squeaky but functional. The tv picture wasn't too clear. We were on the first floor and it was a little noisy during the evening.

The hot tub was disgusting. There was chunks of food and other things floating around and the water was yellow and not very warm. The room was decent and clean, but paper thin walls so you could hear everything going on.

Had issues with checking in as the front staff didn’t know how to look up the reservation under Expedia, but once they did find it and I showed them the email they eventually found it and always good

An exceptional family stay, highlighting the popular indoor pool and comfortable, quiet suites. Staff provided Excellent service.

I loved that as soon as we walked in we were greeted with a smiling friendly staff member. The hotel had a lovely smell to it and check in was smooth and easy. The breakfast that was included was a beautiful balance that everyone could have something to eat. And check out was just as easy. Thank you for the restful stay.

Staff was super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good - fruits, boiled eggs, cereal, pancakes and juice.

Hotel bien situé proche de commerces divers, chambre spacieuse et propre, Petit déjeuner offrant du choix. Par contre chambre mal insonorisée on entend les voisins. Parfait tout de même pour un arrêt d'une nuit. À 15 min de Kingston en voiture, proche de l'autoroute.

Hot tub not working , rooms clean , staff work hard in lunch area

Needs updating Paint falling off bathroom ceiling, baseboards not secure, hot tub was scummy and hair in it couldn’t use. Room was clean and bed was good Nice continental breakfast
