Clean rooms, friendly staff.. particular reference to Ms . Vaishali

I had a wonderful stay at Sun and Sand Shirdi. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and both the dinner and breakfast buffets were delicious with a great variety of options. I stayed in a suite in the new wing, which had a modern, stylish, and very appealing design. The staff was excellent—courteous, attentive, and always ready to help. I especially appreciated the convenient ride service to the Sai Mandir, which made the visit even more comfortable. Overall, a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shirdi.

Stayed at Sun N Sand Shirdi and had a mixed experience. I originally booked a Grand Suite, but it was located in Building 3, which is quite far and requires a golf cart. The room itself felt outdated and not worth the price. After speaking with the front desk, we were moved to a Studio Suite in Building 2 (newly opened in Oct 2025). Although smaller, the room was modern, clean, and much more comfortable.

Sun and sand is always our favorite place to stay in Shirdi. Friendly staff.

AC would not work. I am not sure how they even checked in my parents without the AC working. They offered to change the room very late in the night which we refused as my parents were elderly and very tiered by then.

We had an excellent stay at Sun N Sand Shirdi. During our visit, my mother suddenly felt unwell. The hotel staff immediately arranged a car for us, waited patiently while we got her medicine, and safely dropped us back at the hotel. Their care, quick response, and genuine concern meant a lot to our family. The service was truly outstanding. Highly recommended!

Good hotel food in the restaurant is over priced. Inflexible with check out - not even one hour extension was given!!

This is my second visit all the way from US. Excellent hosts and great customer service. The hotel is getting a little old though.
