Our stay was good and we enjoyed

Overall our stay was good. Other than some minor issues, everything else was very good. I booked two rooms, one deluxe and one suite, both rooms were specious and clean. Bathroom was very nice and clean, it is worth the price. Breakfast was amazing, there were so many choices for breakfast and everything was so delicious. Every single staff member was very courteous. The service is impressive, very friendly and hard working. However, few things I would still mention is, widow blinds wasn’t working in both rooms as well as the refrigerator was not cooling at all in both rooms. We’re three in one room and their pullout couch was not working either and the staff member was getting nervous. Finally they had to provide us rollaway bed which was small in size compared to pullout couch so it wasn’t comfortable. Other than that we enjoyed staying at the hotel.

Food was good. Transporting the Shrine is very helpful. Good staff.

Limited dining options & dated rooms, not worth the price but probably this area has limited options.

The Hotel needs renovation particularly the dining chairs in the restaurants need refurbishment, cushions go flat when seated. Rest all OK

Property is old, needs lot of work. in room Amenities charges are some what high. Property is 2 star's not 5. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is good, near the Temple.

Rooms need to be maintained better, 3rd floor rooms seem to be bad. Better cleanliness is a must! New towels will also help.

Good property to stay.

Hotel was okay. Wasn’t super clean, and the furniture looked tired in the room and the restaurant. The area has really bad smog, and my lungs feel gross in this area. I couldn’t go to the temple nearby, but that looked cool. The food was a bit poor, but it looked clean and if it wasn’t cooked with skill, it was cooked with love. Staff were very helpful and outgoing.

Worst place that we ever stayed. 1. Bathroom was stinking of cigarette smoke in what was supposed to be a no smoking floor and room. 2.Low to no water pressure and lukewarm water in the evening. 3. Place was dirty with layers of dust - Not sure if anyone is caring for this property. Even the main lobby area has dirty carpets. 4. Icing on the cake - the handle for operating the shower just broke. I think the glory days I’d they ever existed for this property are long gone. It’s just an empty shell living off on the name.
