Good breakfast, big rooms. Clean and quiet. Friendly staff.

Good night stay for a wedding we were attending in town we did stay in room 219 and the TV remote didn’t work.

Very comfortable

Near the highway with several places to eat and easy to walk to the Backyard Brewery!

It was clean, and the breakfast was good. However the outlets in our bathroom did not work.

This is a nice, clean facility close to the college our Grandson attends. It has a huge pool and the night we stayed there was even a lifeguard

Liked the furniture in the rooms, chaise lounge to sit in. Big rooms, lots of space.

Staff was excellent, they’d go above and beyond without asking. Some plumbing/bathroom fixture issues in rm 202 at least. Overall a nice place to stay and better than the hotel immediately next door per some family members that stayed there at the same time. I would recommend

The hotel only had 1 room available, despite the fact that my reservation email clearly confirmed 2 rooms. The desk helper had no idea what was going on. My party was forced to find accommodations elsewhere.

We were in the area for my father's funeral - as were a lot of people. I do NOT appreciate the fact that, because rooms were filling up, the hotel decided to jump the rate by $50 per night. WE WERE THE REASON YOUR HOTEL WAS RENTING OUT A LOT OF ROOMS THAT NIGHT. No more Holiday Inn Express for us.

If you stay here, make sure and check your credit card statement. They charged me twice. I paid through Expedia and then they wanted my credit card at check-in for incidentals and they ended up charging another night’s fee (so basically double charging me).

Clean and friendly staff.

Kids pool was closed and not drained, the water had algea growing in it. Breakfast was stale, Hot tube had 25% of the jets nonfunctional. Had to ring the front desk bell every time I went there (4 times), no one was at the desk. The water pressure in the shower was abysmal. There was no antislip texture in the shower, almost fell 3 times. Not what I expected for $250 a night, It was what I expect out of an Econolodge or other $70 a night places. I won't be returning
