Good hotel

I had many hiccups, i ll brief them one by one. Overall experience average Condition of resort not up to the mark Issues 1. Checkin took more than an hour due to their inexperience to find the booking itself (inexperienced staff) 2. Downgraded my room without my knowledge as they were not having superior room available. I got to know because superiors rooms are in different building and they alotted me room in the deluxe room building. When asked staff had no answer to it 3. Room conditions were average, untidy furniture, fused bulbs and dirty linen. 4. No complementary dinner or anything even after they downgraded and agreed to give some complementary stuff as they cannot refund the difference amount. 5. Breakfast was average and again staff was inexperienced or rude most of the time. 6. Slow Room service, had to wait 30+ mins to get water. Strongly advice not to book if planning to visit with family or friends.

広い敷地は緑に覆われ環境はとてもよい。 朝食はおいしく食べられた。レストランスタッフはフレンドリーで親切。 スポーツ施設が整っており､こどもたちのスポーツや研修合宿に向いているようだ。 一方､部屋は今ひとつ。チェックイン時にルームキーがなくマスターキーで開けてみらったが2時間たっても届かない。部屋やバスルームの床の掃除が今ひとつ。ハンドウォッシュのボトルは空。チェックイン前から部屋の前にあったルームサービスの食べ残し皿が翌朝まで片付けられない、など。 出張利用にはすすめられないです。

Worst property ……. I book for 3 nights 3 rooms with family and we just stay one night next day check out Reason Room so dirty Blanket got hair and smelly Toilet so dirty Staff rude No amenities Property around area no manage well I have worst experience and I feel embarrassed in front of my family If you ask for points from 0 to 10 I give zero Even we check out 2 day early staff didn’t ask why you checkout Because I know I can’t get refund back we pay for three night $1000

Everything was great during the stay. Airconditioners were old and were making noise. Other than that it was a pleasant trip.

not customer friendly

Rooms were not clean, bedsheets were dirty, had to call room service to change. The glasses and water bottles in the room were not clean. Overall upkeep of the room was not up to a standard for it to be called a three star hotel.

The hotel rooms & services were amazing . We loved it!!

Good one.. Buffet spread is good and lot of varieties available in breakfast buffet spread. Privacy is a matter of concern when there are functions in their convention hall..

The curtains, sheets were stained, bathroom was dirty and stained, the food was below average,

Decent stay ...Cleanliness and Front office needs grooming. Dhaba restaurant is very good. Linen in the rooms need to look fresh. the place needs a lift.

This is an excellent resort from the past .. everything they have is outdated and for the prince and star rating they show .. I expected more ... Staff was friendly and they restaurants is over pricey .. Much better food is available outside for lesser price ... I think they are planning some remodeling and I hope it’s for the better otherwise I don’t think it’s that great of a place

It is easy to access from the Airport.

I checked in hotel & stayed inside room for 30min, would not even imagined to return this place. I just checked out in phone & took taj near airport .

Good for short stay. Has decent amenities and clean room with decent washroom

Hotel room is good for the price but food is low quality. Service is also not up to the mark. Would recommend only for a day for a quick getaway.
