Reservamos habitación con una cama. El día q llegamos tuvimos que dejar las maletas en recepción y volvimos a insistir en la cama. Mi sorpresa que nos asignaron dos camas individuales. Muy amablemente nos pasaron a una habitación triple, esperando al día siguiente, pero ya no tenía sentido cambiar a la q habíamos reservado. El personal muy amable en todo momento.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Il personale dell'albergo è italiano, spagnolo e austriaco. Sono tutti molti gentili ed stato piacevole parlare in varie lingue. Gli spazi sono confortevoli e la colazione è buona. All'ingresso dell'hotel sono sempre disponibili dell'acqua aromatizzata alla frutta e dei dolci. La posizione è strategica e di fronte all'hotel passa il pullman per raggiungere i vari punti della città o le fermate della metro. Ci ritornei volentieri.

Camera e i servizi ( acqua e dolci nella hall ) . Bagno molto bello e ben fornito. Ottimi gadget nella camera molto spaziosa

Warm room replenished consumables. Nice welcome at night upon arrival. Bus stop in front of the hotel, restaurants and perhaps a decent walk to the city if one is fit and wants to explore

Hotel com excelente estrutura, boa localização e proximo a lojas, bares e restaurantes, a 10 minutos de Uber até o centro de Viena.

Great breakfast

It was very conveniently located within easy reach of public transport to get to the city centre sightseeing places. We stayed for two nights and breakfast was average for the rates paid. It was the same breakfast next day!

We were unable to get hot water most days from 8 am to 10am. I think they have one hot water system. Also the room was xold and the water heat was not turned on for the room.

Property is modern, room is spa ious and chic. Reception staff friendly. There is a touch of class.

Location is good

I booked a room according to the website, but I got a narrow room with skylights and a sloping ceiling.
