excellent property hotel is a bit confusing but after a few wrong turns you learn quickly

First, let me say the hotel is incredible. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. However, for the price I paid for a room on a Thursday, I expected a little more. The room was tiny, the floor had stains...when I got off the elevator and entered the room, I felt like I walked out of a grand hotel and entered a Motel 6. Certainly not worth the price I paid for one night. I'd go back for dinner, but I would stay somewhere else.

One of two "classic" hotels in Augusta. If you want old world elegance with great service in the downtown restaurant and bar district. This is your place!

Our weekend trip was to attend concert at location in historic Augusta. Very well located for the venues. Restaurant options limited in close proximity but available with moderate walk or transport service.

Everyone was great, the hotel was beautiful. However did have an extremely rude guest next to us that played the loudest music and it took over 20 minutes for the front desk to get them to turn it off, then they proceeded to slam doors for the next hour. Would stay here again though.

We love staying at this property. The whole staff is very courteous and accomadating. However, i do think $25 is pretty steep for valet parking.

I like that we could eat there and didn’t have to go anywhere to find something to eat .

For the price totaling over $300 per night no free breakfast, had to walk building to building to find ice, no one to escort me to my suite or offer to help with bags.if it weren’t for midnight maintenance worker I would have given a lower rating,I was there celebrating my anniversary and the suite was ok but for the price I’ve seen and been in better places not even close to the price

Staff was amazing, front desk, bartenders, restaurant manager, everyone! Loved the lobby, the staircase and chandeliers. Downtown not so much. Not many stores open tho we had a great brunch at Toaste
