The room was excellent we did not have breakfast.

We really enjoyed the scenery and the breakfast in the morning was nice.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, breakfast was good. Grandkids loved the pool and hot tub!

Everything was great for our one-night stay. We particularly loved the beautiful views, lounge chairs, and good conventional breakfast.

Try to stay off the first floor rooms. We woke up to a truck running his engine exhaust right into our air unit. We had to air out our room.

Our room experienced an issue on the first night, but the staff promptly arranged a room change the following day, which we appreciated. The property itself is pleasant and very quiet, offering a comfortable environment for rest. However, the hotel would benefit from more thorough cleaning, particularly removing cobwebs and improving the upkeep of the pool area. Breakfast was somewhat limited, with only eggs and sausage as hot options, so we opted for the available cereals instead.

Staff very friendly Room was clean, missing some basic items but was brought to our room promptly. Breakfast was good was basic but provided enough to get the day started.

One night in Room 214: Bath had not been washed. The shower curtain is frayed and needs better washing. The bathroom sink was clogged. The toilet is a cheap Chinese brand that clogs if you just look at it. A lot of dust visible on some of the furniture and a lot behind the television. Living room table is very scratched and worn. Back of toilet seat would require better cleaning. There are no bars to hang towels from even though there is plenty of wall space to install them. I do not understand the high rating this establishment received. A complaint was made when we left.

Very basic amenities in the room. Booked a room with Kitchenette which did not had adequate utensils.

Overall property quality and cleanliness were not up to my standards. Some examples the shower curtain was moldy, baseboards were extremely dirty, exterior maintenance was not well kept. Pool area smelled moldy and hot tub looked green. Bed sheets and mattress protectors barely covered the mattress. Shower towels were tiny and ripped. Our room did appear to have newer carpet and tile in the bathroom but the coffee table top was extremely damaged and needed to be discarded. Staff were nice but overall it appears the property is given as little attention as possible to keep costs down even though it was mid range price for Kamloops.

The location is pretty good as you’re just a skip away from a main highway that will take you anywhere in Kamloops within minutes. The room was tiny though and the amenities (pool/hot tub) had greenish water. Breakfast was ok with 2 hot items (egg patty and breakfast sausages). The front desk and breakfast room staff where nice, but our room didn’t get cleaned (2 night stay)

Good value. Nice location right along the river with easy access to the walking trail along the river. Large room with a nice view of the river.
