The pricing was excellent the front desk and cleaning staff were great. Beds super comfortable and to to able to take a drink down to the patio and watch the river and boats go by.

Only stayed one night, but a comfortable motel, convenient location and fair value for the money.

We stayed here for one night on our way back from a 3 week roadtrip. The staff was friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Great little balcony that provided a view of the river. The breakfast was typical of hotels - pretty basic. We would definitely stay here again

This appears to be an older motel with a fair amount of wear and tear, but well maintained and clean. the view of the river is nice and the staff is very professional and helpful. It's not a luxury stay by any means but I think it's a good value, comfortable, well equipped rooms for a good price. Breakfast was adequate but nothing fancy.

Upon checking into room, the bed had looked like it hadn’t even been made, it was very messy. After pulling back the blankets there was pubic hair in the bed and little yellow bugs. It was disturbing. Since there was no manager in no refund could be given…if any until the next day upon his return. They changed the bedding. Still slept in my clothes that night. I won’t be staying here again. No funds or partials have been given as of yet after the initial complaint was also filed with Expedia.

loved the room. Great view of the river from the balcony. The breakfast food was in a tiny room and was adequate. Sat outside and enjoyed the view while eating breakfast. The staff was very helpful especially the young lady at front desk.

Parking was a bit of a challenge in the late evernings but my room facing the river was spotless and comfortable. I sat in the outdoor chairs and enjoyed the view. I was worried about traffic noise but was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was in my room. The housekeeping staff were very helpful when I needed coffee. I will gladly stay at this property next time I'm in Kamloops.

The room was serviceable and clean. Breakfast was adequate and the coffee was great! I would book again.

Lovely location but breakfast wasn’t very good. It was cheap and low quality. Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub were dirty. Couldn’t switch hot tub on- needs instructions. Room was really lovely with everything we needed and plenty of space.

breakfast was dried up sausages and eggs.. we did not eat it.. airconditioning was good.. hard to get down to the pool and was very dirty inside the pool and hot tub. we went in but not happy with it. could they not update it abit and get it clean and put nice chairs around it? small things make a difference!! the patios were beautiful but the one my wife went on because of her disability was neglected with no nice flowers to cheer up the view. disappointing for people that CANNOT GET DOWN THOSE STAIRS!! MAKE IT NICE PLEASE FOR PEOPLE THAT ARE DISABLED.. otherwise stay was good. really nice they went out of their way and put my wife in a bottom level room quickly. we found out we were in an upper room and again 15 stairs! hard to get ahold of the front desk by phone in vancouver and see where they put us. we knew we could not do stairs.. loved the flowered pots everywhere. really cheered up the spaces...

Has a nice patio at the back overlooking the river and mountains behind. The hotel is getting a bit older and could use some renovations but it isn't too bad. Overall a fair room price for the hotel.

This is a one night stop motel at best. The room was OK, beds OK. We went to swim but the pool and hot tub looked scummy. The online pictures are definitely deceiving. Breakfast was just OK. I wouldn't stay here again for more then a quick cheap one night stay over.

Our room did not have a river view though we chose one. The a/c was very loud but the room was clean except the fridge had left over food still in it, but the bed was comfortable

Basic motel room, ment to have kitchenette, but intensils either absent or not appropriate. Asked reception for kettle, spoons, bowls and chopping board. Given 2 spoons, 2 tiny bowls, and a chopping board. No kettles provided, you need to go up to the breakfast room to get hot water. Breakfast very poor, cardboard bowls, just some apples, bananas, unlabelled cereal and bread, no plant/alternative milks provided. Nice out door seating area by riverside. 1.5 mile walk into Kamloops centre.

Very helpful and courteous staff

No room ready until 3:00 pm. Don't tell me that housemaids are finishing to clean all rooms in the same time. Room was clean, there is a pool, typical breakfast, no coffee in the lobby, only at breakfast. AC with decent noise, not very loud.
