The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good with a good variety of food. Didn’t try the evening food as we were out but the menu looked appetising.

Dining options in or around the hotel were poor to barely adequate. Lobby staff were excellent and helpful. Proximity to Congress Centre where I attended a conference was excellent.

Muy buen hotel a 20 minutos andando de la estación central. Personal muy amable en recepción y desayuno muy completo. Sólo mejorable el calor en los pasillos y habitación.

The room was really comfortable and the breakfast is amazing. The location isnt the greatest if you want to explore Bologna old town, but its about a 20-25 minute walk to Centrale station. But still, the price was very good for the comfort and breakfast

Ottima struttura per estetica, pulizia, servizio colazione, vicinanza a servizi e trasporti. Unica piccola pecca il garage interno, se lasci l'auto ferma paghi il giornaliero 15 €/die, se hai bisogno di muoverla paghi a ore e costa di più.

房間內飲水及漱口都用紙杯，仲係住咗三晚都無換過新的，這不是兩星酒店啊！

Soggiorno nel complesso buono con alcune osservazioni In camera non era presente la bottiglia d’acqua e le ciabatte normalmente omaggiate in alberghi di questa categoria. Parcheggio coperto a 15 Euro solitamente pagato 10 Euro in strutture analoghe

Comfortable room but only one thin pillow per bed. The bathroom would benefit from additional soundproofing. Breakfast was very busy and quite chaotic. Restaurant was ok but pasta servings quite small. Quite expensive for Italy. The walk from the station to the hotel on a Saturday night felt a little unsafe.

Customer service and breakfast excellent . Room was old. The bathroom had a spot , no tissue in the room, the shower needs to be redone . Disappointed by the room.
