Meilleure expérience hôtelière. Personnel très avenant. Propreté des lieux. Qualité des repas. L’établissement lui même ainsi que les facilities. Tout était au point. À refaire !

Superbes cadre et panorama .

Lovely hotel with lots of amenities. After 5 nights the evening dining options felt limited. It is a child friendly hotel do steer clear if you want a quiet nights sleep and a relaxing time around the pool. Could do with an adult only pool.

An der Reception waren die Personen nicht hilfsbreit für Tipps in der Umgebung. Das Zimmer war extrem kalt. Mechaniker versuchte die Heizung zu reparieren. Wir erhielten eine zweite Decke für die Nacht. WC Rollenhalter war nicht richtig fixiert.

Great location great staff. We had wonderful time and definitely come back.

Absolutely perfect resort for families with small children. The service is excellent. The staff is lovely. I loved it so much that I extended our stay a second night. Highly recommend!

We decided to stay at this hotel at the last min, and we are so happy we did. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, the staff was pleasant and most were able to speak English. There are several tennis courts behind the hotel, and a small Futsal pitch as well. My boys were delighted to be able to kick the footballs around while we stayed here. This will definitely be our go to hotel when we return to Evian-les-Bains.

The hotel is a super cosy, surrounded by beautiful park, offering amazing view and has super convenient options to reach the town (funicular or free shuttle). Staff at the reception and bar super nice, good breakfast, however disappointing restaurant (both service and food)

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Schöner Blick auf den Genfer See, tolle Parkanlage. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

L’hôtel et le parc sont merveilleux, le personnel de la réception gentil et disponible. En revanche, de l’avis des clients comme de l’équipe, il pourrait y avoir plus de serveurs au restaurant. Pas de distribution de serviettes à la piscine le lundi de Pentecôte…
