It was dirty with bugs

Very clean facility

There was a pubic hair on toilet seat when we got there and the floor around toilet was covered with water. Beds were made but sheets looked slept in. Air conditioner was very loud and sounded like an ambulance siren on and off, on and off. When toilet was flushed it made a very loud “laughing” sound. We videoed it and showed all our family. Then there was an altercation from the breakfast attendant who looked like he was an ex con. We got down about 9:15. Got coffee and some food (frozen chicken patties heated up). Got a bowl of cereal. And went to get milk and he started yelling at me that they were closed (it was 9:32). Yelled at me he was following the rules and that the milk was locked up “bro.” The hotel manager had to get me some milk. Needless to say when he called me “bro” I was not happy so I asked if he was following his prison rules. It was not a good start to the day.

Could not recommend as it was super dirty. The floors were dirty, two dead bugs in the room, holes in the sheets, broken doorknob and bathroom had a weird odor. The phone in the room did not work and I had to go to the front desk to get replacement sheets, no one was available to come to the room. Was able to get a refund. Could not recommend for anyone besides Oscar the grouch as he lives in trash.

The pool was closed for repair. The fresh water dispenser was broke. Breakfast was good. The bathroom door had a big crack across it.

Near nice area, overall condition of hotel was poor. Room was dirty and everything just felt very worn down. Bathroom didn’t feel fully clean. Wasn’t terrible and easy stay, but otherwise nothing special. Pool also down.

First was the pool it was green and dirty. Second it smelled very musty in the hallway. Third is very humid in the room and was quite apparent the A/c wasn't working correctly. Forth after taking a shower the moisture was so bad in the room it made the floors wet and very slippery over all this facility is in very poor condition. Would not recommend this property to anyone!

We needed a hotel last minute for just one night. Nothing spectacular, but the hotel was clean, staff was kind, breakfast was good. It was a good spot for what we needed. Close to downtown and the beach.

I enjoyed the clean room and the friendly helpful staff. They made sure to tidy up our room every morning. And the free hot breakfast was fantastic!

Nice room- close to the venue.

It wasn’t too bad. The hotel needs some updates. Also the pool was out of service which seems to be a common theme among the reviews. It did not feel like the lobby or the dining room had any ac on. We were sweating while eating breakfast. The staff was friendly. It was an ok stay for two days.

Value for what was paid for stay.

Properly was not the greatest

The ac was making a god awful noise that kept us awake at night for both night. We killed several roaches in the room. Let the front desk know of both problems but nothing was done about it.

They do not offer in room cribs

Pool was closed for maintenance so that was disappointing. The temperature of the room was hard to regulate. The freezer needed defrosting. Other than these minor things, the stay was enjoyable.

Not a great stay at all! I stayed for two days and had to go to the front desk 4 times because the cards would stop working to get into the room. The rugs were nasty looking, the door to the outside was broken and they lock the doors at night 12-6am so you could only get back in if you walked all the way around to the other side. The staff was rude in person and on the phone. They sent me paperwork to fill out and email back. Had to call 3 times because the email address on the paperwork was outdated. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Property just needs to be updates. Carpeting.
