Muy bonito hotel con una exelente ubicacion en el centro de guadalajara

The hotel was Clean and the breakfast buffet was awesome! The room was very basic and did not include an iron, blow dryer, microwave or refrigerator. The Ac worked great. It says parking available but it's actually a garage 2 blocks away but they do validate the parking pass.

Un hotel muy lindo, muy rústico, tranquilo y céntrico. Me volvería a hospedar aquí

El hotel se mantiene en un estado de regular a bueno de conservación para ser un inmueble tan antiguo. La verdad está muy bien ubicado y cuenta con servicios alrededor, en la zona peatonal. El personal de recepción es neutral, no amable pero tampoco groseros, mientras que quien nos llevó a la habitación y ayudó con las maletas, aprovechó el camino para contarnos sobre detalles históricos del hotel, recomendarnos la terraza donde también consumimos y tuvimos una buena experiencia. En general, un buen espacio si lo que se busca es dormir principalmente, para más actividades al interior hay mejores opciones.

La habitación limpia, lo que no me gustó que tenia bañera y estaba muy viejita, prefiero las habitaciones con regadera normal

Es un hotel en una casona antigua con mucha historia y sumamente cerca de la plaza de la Libertad , una ubicación excepcional. Incluso para el Fan Fest literal a una cuadra .

Primero que nada una mención al personal del hotel todos muy amables en especial la señorita de recepción, excelente atención. El hotel se encuentra en una muy buena ubicación para conocer el bonito centro de Guadalajara, en general lo recomiendo, fue una muy buena experiencia.

Great staff

The Location of the hotel is great and the history of it is amazing, however we will never go back. The rooms need so much attention and upgrades. We stayed 2 bedroom suite, the mattresses were so hard and both bathrooms smell like sewer and need detailed cleaning and need to change shower heads, water was going all kind of directions. It has kitchen but it’s nonfunctional, even the fridge. The suite didn’t have any amenities like iron or hair dryer, we had to leave ID in front desk to borrow them. We stayed on 3rd floor where they have a bar which is open to public, the front people told us the bar is only open til 10pm which was not true, they stayed open after midnight in one of the nights. However the hotel doesn’t own the bar so they couldn’t do anything about it.

Tomamos una habitación grande para varias personas con 2 cuartos y supuestamente 2 baños completos, hicimos una llamada al hotel previamente para corroborar esto y 2 empleados confirmaron esto. Fue mentira, era un solo baño para 6 personas, fue un caos. Además el hotel está muy básico y muy obsoleto, se entiende que es un hotel antiguo, pero el mobiliario, decoración y equipamiento es muy viejo ya. No lo recomiendo ni regresaría a este hotel, en nuestro viaje vimos varias opciones mejores muy cerca.

Nos encantó el bar en la azotea perfecto spot para el mundial

It was a beautiful property. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. We even met the owner and he was a lovely person. He should us some of the ongoing renovations and taught us a little history of the hotel. He was such a sweet person.The air conditioning was a plus and the roof top bar had a magnificent view. We stayed in a two bedroom suite which was perfect for our family of five. The breakfast at the on property restaurant was amazing. My favorite was the cafe de olla, chicharrones, fresh papaya and agua de tuna. The entire family loved every moment spent there.

An authentic experience of Guadalajara of old. Fantastic setting, requires special maintenance and renovations so as not to lose its historical value.
