Great stay but wait staff needs more training and should not pour flat wine that was not properly stored.

The room was beautiful and very comfortable! My only negative is that when we went to have breakfast we did not have reservations we felt lesser than, but the place was empty! That was unfortunate! The food was excellent, the service was also great!

This property was beautiful! I just wish we were told about reserving for breakfast but after a little hesitation they did give our party of five a table and the food was delicious!

It was great to stay in a more natural environment while still being close to the city. We had breakfast at the restaurant, it was excellent. I would definitely recommend your hotel and restaurant to friends and family. Thank you!

We loved everything about this place. Steeped in such a beautiful culture everything about this was incredible. Our room was spacious and the bed comfortable. We had drinks in the lobby one night by the fire and it was so cozy. The staff were knowledgeable and kind. We really enjoyed the trails behind the property as well that ran along the water. We would 100% stay here again

Décor de l’hôtel et du restaurant magnifique, mais personnel autant à la réception qu’au restaurant souvent caché. Un bar à la réception supposé ouvert 7 jours sur 7 mais sans employé durant mon séjour.

Nous avons eu un magnifique séjour. La chambre était parfaite, super confortable. L’hôtel est une œuvre d’art en soi et le personnel était très aimable. J’ai déjà hâte d’y retourner!

Very nice and quiet hotel, love the self-service fire pit as an extra feature. Staff was not helpful with the location of gym and pool, so we couldn't find them. Museum staff was horrible, wasn't will to even talk to us as the admission was closed but the museum was still opened. Nice venue but poor service.

Tucked in a side neighborhood of QC, attached to the museum. The room was absolutely massive and everything felt brand new. Easy parking, including EV charging! Brunch at the restaurant (reservations required FYI) was excellent, but dinner was only ok.
