From the moment we arrived, at Majestic Elegance Punta Cana exceeded all expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the property was impeccably maintained. Our room offered breathtaking views and was equipped with luxurious amenities. The variety of activities and dining options made it truly an all-inclusive experience, and we will definitely be returning!"

Everything was perfect during our 7-day stay at the hotel—except for the last day. I had an ice pad that needed to be frozen so I could safely transport my medication back to Canada. We gave it to the front desk, and the staff member made a note so it could be retrieved during check-out. However, when we asked for it at check-out, the person at the front desk repeatedly said he didn’t know anything about it. We had to insist several times before he finally agreed to call someone—at which point it was found immediately. It was a frustrating end to an otherwise great stay.

The people were so nice!!!

The Beach was good, but lacks more chairs with shade. The service vas very slow unless you tip. The personal was trying to hard to become your best friend, that is akward. Food was good but there were to many flys insiste the sea restaurant, in the buffet. Room was not as clean as espected. The showerdoors had some kind of grease. Beds were realy nice, jacuzzy in the room was nice. The pool is realy big but has missing parte of the floor and my son got a scrach from that so be carefull. Food in restaurante was very good.
