La amabilidad de su personal, las instalaciones limpias, tranquilas y su ubicacion con vistas increibles al Tepozteco.

Great place tot relax

I was amazed by the location with breath taking views of the mountains, two blocks away from downtown. Beautiful manicure gardens, nice restaurant.

La habitación no tenía lo que yo reservé, pero cumplía con lo necesario.

Tanto el personal como las instalaciones son excelente, wl cuarto muy amplio y muy cómodo, las vistas hacia el tepozteco son impresionantes.

I loved this place we regret not staying longer . The staff are beyond grate .and the place is so beautiful . Would stay again if I come to Tepoztlán . It has the beautiful Mexican colonial vibe .

Lovely, beautiful stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Loved the pool area and stunning views. Would stay again.

Está hermoso, el luga

El hotel tiene muchos jardines y está muy bien ubicado. El cuarto es amplio, con terraza pero muy ruidoso. Se escucha todo lo que pasa en la habitación de arriba. El servicio del restaurante amable pero muy lento.

Es un hotel muy bonito comodo y céntrico sin duda regresaré

We only spent one day here, but I wish it were longer. To me, the photos don't do the hotel justice. It was beautiful with different areas to relax and take in the mountainous landscape. We ate dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. We very much enjoyed the food and atmosphere. They were also accommodating for my kids. The hotel was also a quick walk to downtown.

Las instalaciones del hotel 10 de 10, mejor que en las fotos. Hay varios lugares donde puedes estar y relajarte. Lo único fue que el día que llegamos y cenamos en el restaurante tardaron como 50 minutos en servirno la comida y no había tanta gente. Fuera de eso, todo muy bien!
