Parker is a gracious and wonderful man to have at check in. Lovely hotel too.

Nice place considering the price. But pretty mushy bed with clingy synthetic sheets.

Our nightmare 2-night stay started with the fact that they don’t open their office until 3 pm. We arrived early and sat in our car for an hour until we decided to go get something to eat. When we returned, their computer system was down and they had no way of checking you in and needed to be paid in cash. They had a Very Disappointing continental breakfast consisting of coffee (no decaf) 2 little servings of sugary cereal, bread and muffins. Again, the office was closed and the maid didn’t speak English. Later the 2nd day, they locked us out of our room (I assume they only had me booked for 1 night) and Again, they don’t open the office until 3! I had food poisoning and couldn’t get into my room to use the bathroom!!! It took an hour to finally reach someone at their after-hours phone number to get someone to come to the hotel and give us new cards to our room. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL OVERPRICED COST!!

No one there in person to inquire about an early check-in, it was 2:30pm…

They double charged my card even though the first time it showed approved. On check in was the only time someone was at the desk, otherwise a “please call this number” sign was posted. Breakfast was meager and stale considering $425/night. Non-guests were using the rather small pool and letting their children splash people not even in the pool. The jacuzzi controls were broken, effectively a useless, second bath tub. I checked, there were no other places available our second night or we would have left. Lastly, seems like parking was insufficient.

A stylish California mission style hotel with loads of character!

The room was very nice the room was very nice but coming in from the pool floors are extremely slippery always wear slippers or sandals do not want them tile with wet feet

This property was really nice. We stayed in the suite with a hot tub and a queen and king sized bed. The jacuzzi was really nice! Especially for little kids. There was ample space and we enjoyed our stay.

Hotel located in an excellent area however the facility needs a substa tial face-lift

I love this place! The decoration is lovely, the pool and hot tub immaculate, the people that work there are the nicest.

This place was so beautiful and comfortable and the people that run the desk are so nice we stayed an extra day. And this will be a go- to vacation stop for us. Super helpful people, they have awesome pool hours so you can actually use the pool in the morning before you leave. We lived it SO much!

For the cost we paid (admittedly 4th July), the value for money was easily the worst in any hotel in have ever stayed. Breakfast was mediocre at best, the hotel completely understaffed, facilities really not very clean (i.e. lack of staff)

It's a charming property, and we liked the swimming pool on a hot afternoon. The room (#13) feels exposed since there's a common area for other guests just outside the door, along with the adjacent highway. And there were blinking colored lights turned on at night that were visible through our curtains. The bathroom could use extra cleaning.

As a local, I put up a guest here during an emergency situation in which our power was cut off. I paid for our guest and put their name on the reservation via Orbitz. Upon check in my guest was told that they owed a separate fee because they needed to make up for the fee. They paid to the third-party platform a.k.a. Orbitz. This is illegal and sleazy.

Beautiful historic Spanish tile throughout. The room was uncomfortable and the bathroom was tiny. I found the bed very uncomfortable.

Charging Inn, but room was very dated.

I liked the funky Spanish architecture and antique furniture. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy.

Great location, comfortable rooms, easy parking, and a nice breakfast.
