Staff were extremely helpful.

The staff never replied to my email sent several days before. They are elderly and are not able to walk. The main issue was no air conditioning in the room. It was like a sauna and duvets were were winter

Convenient place to stay before an early flight

Clean, comfortable rooms with convenient access to the airport. Restaurant had great service and good food.

Good only if you need to stay the night before your flight. Very crowded lobby. Staff is not very helpful. Felt like a burden to staff when checking in. Airport shuttle is not on a schedule and not on the hour. Just have to cross your fingers that it will come in time.

Really good for a one night stay before heading home. Our room did not have AC and when we called the front desk they said no rooms in the hotel had AC. Later, we were chatting with another couple and they said they did have AC. So that was a bummer but otherwise the room was very clean, the bathroom amazing. We didn’t love that we could look directly into our neighbors and them into our window as we were on a corner. And there must be a club below us because EDM music was playing until 4:30am which kept me awake.

Great hotel to use prior to flight. Easy access to the airport with shuttle available to take you there. Really enjoyed our stay!

The air conditioning system was not working. We were hot and uncomfortable our entire stay. They brought us a fan after an hour wait.

Easy to from airport

The Clayton presents itself as a modern hotel with good amenities. It is on par with most 3 - 4 hotels at airports elsewhere. Nothing really stood out as exceptional although we liked the free airport shuttle. The rooms do not have A/C and are uncomfortably hot on warm days.

This is a lovely hotel very clean and beautiful.The restaurants are nice and the breakfast was amazing.The shuttle however was very confusing we waited 30 mins at the wrong spot then had a 15-20 min walk with my elderly parents to a different spot

Everything was as expected, confusion with two Clayton Hotels at the airport, Clayton Bus driver not friendly, not willing to give info re correct Clayton hotel at the airport. Most travellers were confused. Difficulty in self check in at lobby. Otherwise lobby staff very friendly and helpful and premises clean. Italian restaurant at the Hotel to be recommended.
