The breakfast and happy hour are amazing

Property was nice and staff was great. Parking shouldn’t cost it’s an open lot and not really protected by anything

Breakfast very good, they also have some free appetizers around dinner time which was a nice surprise. Medium-sized pool, no hot tub. It costs $14 a night to park, which seemed unnecessary. Overall good property.

Beds were really comfortable! Breakfast was amazing! The staff were really nice and friendly!

So much nicer than the Embassy Suites we stayed at in Colorado Springs. Clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast.

Stay was Amazing, Service was Fantastic. My only complaint is the way the system is set up for Parking. They must look at a more simplified way of doing it. It’s complicated, it not users friendly. I’ve stayed there 4 times since it was launched and 4 times it’s been problematic

We have always enjoyed our stay and did this time as well. We were unprepared for the additional parking fee that is now in effect. The $14 charge plus $1.50 service fee should be listed as an additional expense when booking. It isn’t great to have that sprung at checkin when there has never been a charge for parking previously.

The hashbrowns at breakfast had no flavor. Waffles were hard. But the omelets were great

Embassy Suites never disappoints. Always nice large fooms, plenty of room for four people, Fabulous breakfast, ample parking. Nice setup and a great stay. Our checkin was fast and everything was clean and nice. I will stay here again. Great hotel at a fair price. Breakfast alone for four people is worth 60 bucks. Very nice.

Management needs training on customer service. Especially towards older people who wear hearing aides.

Really nice amenities like happy hour. Nice to relax after a long day. Restaurant had really good food!
