Das Zimmer war okay, das Personal bemüht aber nicht wirklich unterstützend

Fime except sadly the restaurant was closed which is a problem after you just drove 600 kms

Personnel pas à la hauteur

Petit dejeuner parfait, beaucoup trop chaud dans la chambre et température non modifiable

Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet das Zimmer sauber

It was ok - did the job for a stopover stay for our long drive. Would have liked for the swimming pool to be open earlier rather than waiting till 10am (which was when we had to checkout anyway). Didn’t sleep so well as the air conditioning vent made such a noise all night.

Bel établissement

Courte nuit sur l’autoroute des vacances. Satisfaction totale avec juste un bémol sur le petit déjeuner : pas de produits locaux, pains appétissants mais pauvres gustativement. Tout comme les fromages et la charcuterie.

Handig voor een doorreis

Très bien .par contre hotel difficile à trouver avec un gps.heureusement la réception de l'hôtel par téléphone m'a bien aide .ce qui peut compliquer c'est qu'il y a trois hôtels du même groupe dans la même avenue .

The welcome and check in was excellent. The room was great and is the best Hotel bed I have ever slept in 5***** superb. We booked for dinner and on arrival shown to out table. We were presented with a QR code to use!? Being technophobes I asked to order and pay for food in the normal way - I was simply handed a itablet - no instruction and no-one attended us again so after 30 mins we left and used a restaurant along the street. Not very happy about this, there appeared to be only 2 people dealing with orders and serving running around in a chaotic way. The following morning I had an issue with my mobile phone and the reception desk lady bent over backwards to help. Thank you.
