Seating on each floor by elevator. Ice on each floor. Lots of seating for breakfast. Parking near lobby.

Parking lot spots were very small otherwise it was a nice place and good breakfast

Loved it here. Breakfast was amazing. Rooms were SO quiet. Would return in a heartbeat.

The breakfast was amazing. The bed/pillows were not so great. There was a lot of road noise so book a room at the far end. Other than that it was a decent stay.

Great rooms. Clean, friendly staff in the elevators. The front desk might have been having a bad day/ The night desk person very polite and paid attention to the problems of our room. We had to Wifi.

Breakfast was amazing. There were 2 ladies that looked after it. The one had glasses and was totally awesome. She cleaned off tables and wiped tables and was quick to answer any questions. The other stood by the food and stared at people which I thought was a little unnecessary. I get that people take extra but I thought she could have been a little more discreet. All in all, an exceptional 5 star experience and I would highly recommend it to family and friends.

Clean and breakfast was great

Won't stay there again. We were greeted with a sad/angry staff member at the front desk. They verified everything rudely and then called someone in front of us to check if there's any room free even though we had confirmed booking. Thankfully there was a room available. We were told to go to room 209 but given the key in an envelope that said 211. With the key we were able to get in the room 209 and after an hour some people came and tried to open the room. I opened the room and they got surprised, apologized and left. Then after a little while another staff member knocked on the room to verified why we were in this room. I had to explain the whole story again. If we were not supposed to be in that room then why were we given keys to that room? There were a few other things as well but I don't have more time to spend on this feedback. Will just stay away from this place in future.

A decent value for your money with very good services but a few road bumps like no toilet paper in the room and long wait due to card processing problems. Would still stay there again! Very convenient location for pit stop while travelling through Sudbury.

Great comfortable stay, washrooms could have been bit better

When I made my reservation, I stated that I would be arriving late. I show up, the door is locked, no one answering the phone on the wall to gain access to the hotel, just happened to see an employee walking through the lobby that yelled through the doors that they are fully booked. I said that I have a reservation, she lets me in and takes a long time finding my booking. Had to mention multiple times that they marked my booking as a no show, here I’m thinking she’s going to tell me that I can’t check in after driving close to six hrs. Finally able to check in, wasn’t told about any of the hotel features.
