Lovely staff and a great room

La chambre était très bien très propres, mais ce qui a le plus retenu mon attention, c'est la gentillesse du personnel, je suis arrivé avec une voiture et comme il n'y avait pas de stationnement un gentil messieurs et venu avec moi dans ma voiture pour me montrer ou me stationner.. il avait un parapluie pour le retour a l'hôtel a pied, le resto très bien aussi

Clean room, staff, location

The room was clean, staff were warm, welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was pretty good.

The room was adequate and the hotel was centrally located with easy access to the main square. Breakfast was a modest buffet beginning at 6 AM with an option to special order. Some fruit was available, which was good. The staff was fantastic and very helpful. However, it was extremely loud outside. People congregated outside the hotel at all hours of the night and were very loud.

Excellent service. Stocked included minibar! Nice breakfast! Great stay!

Good options for breakfast, staff were helpful and friendly (helped us book taxis, etc), bed was huge and comfortable. Blackout blinds helped us sleep. Fridge in the bedroom was useful, and shower was nice and hot. Walking distance to the square was a positive too

Stort og fint værelse. Meget venligt personale. Vi havde bl.a. brug for en læge pga mistanke om lungebetændelse pga hoste. Han kom hurtigt og med alskens apparatur (kunne heldigvis fortælle det blot var forkølelse). Efterfølgende spurgte personalet flere gange meget empatisk, om jeg var ok. Kom også hurtigt med to enkeltdyner i stedet for en stor dobbeltdyne, da vi spurgte om det. Vi boede på 4. sal, og havde altid dejligt varmt vand i bruseren. Morgenmaden var fin, selvom jeg pga af højderne næsten ingen appetit havde. Man kunne på bestilling få diverse varmt samt friskpressede juicer uden ekstra beregning. Hotellet ligger meget tæt på både gågade, katedralen og en anden stor plads. Virkelig godt af et trestjernet hotel at være.

The hotel is in a great location. Nice spacious rooms and bathroom. Clean. But the best thing is the staff. Super helpful and go above and beyond. The atm opp the hotel took my debit card and the staff did everything they cpuld to help me retrieve it. Thank you!

Clean room, comfortable bed, excellent customer service. The sound from hall and from the open window in the bathroom was a problem. We struggled to get some good rest on Saturday night when the bars in the vicinity were open till dawn.

Vi bodde på to ulike Tierra Viva-hoteller i Peru, og var veldig godt fornøyde med både dette i Puno og hotellet i Meriburu i Miraflores i Lima. God service med et smil, gode senger i bra størrelse rom (vi bodde på Superior rom). Kaffe og te på rommet og minibar. Dette hotellet er et utmerket valg. Vi kommer garantert tilbake neste gang vi reiser til Peru
