Rating & Review Keseluruhan Four Points by Sheraton Philadelphia City Center

The location of this hotel is ideal- super close to Reading market, Chinatown, and downtown Philly. The staff was super sweet and our room was clean and beautiful! Would definitely stay here again.

The woman at check in was so friendly! I also really like that you need a key to enter the building period. Makes me feel very safe!!

I booked a last minute room and was told I could do early check in the night prior. After driving 8 hours I was told that was not accurate they were booked. The guy at the front desk did everything in his power to find me a room! I wish I remembered his name I owe him a tip.

Clean safe hotel very convenient location

When I arrived at the hotel at 4 pm the doors were locked and I couldn’t get access. Within 10 minutes, the doors were opened. But that left me standing in a small vestibule for a while waiting. The room that I got was probably the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. The whole room was the bed. It was uncomfortably small. I would not recommend this room. When I got in for the night, I walked through a fight in the lobby and ran into an elevator. Got to my room and realized the deadbolt doesn’t work. I was way too afraid to go downstairs and say something and I’m not switching rooms with a kid. I felt unsafe all night. I spoke to staff on checkout about my experience and I was offered 5,000 points (on the account I had to get because when they free WiFi they only mean if you have an account with them.) the staff was very nice, but there wasn’t enough of them. I would pick a different hotel next time. I had thought I was getting a good space with this brand, but this was not a great experience.

Came for a conference. The 4 Points is a 5 min walk from the convention center doors, but behind the convention center. Multiple homeless persons were on the sidewalk.

Very close to Philly China Town and in walking distance to Philly center and other places.

I enjoyed my stay at Sheraton Four Points. A pay parking lot was conveniently located across the street. It was an additional fee but convenient. The hotel is very close to public transportation. The area felt safe. My room was sparse but clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint was there were no drawers for my clothes. So I hung what I could but otherwise had to keep most of it in a suitcase.
