Beautiful area with a lot (8) of restaurants. Hotel is also of high quality with great big rooms. I will come back again!

CHECK IN – Our check-in experience was VERY POOR. Our voucher from hotels.com clearly stated: “Enjoy VIP perks at check-in – PLN 45 resort credit per room.” (See pic attached.) This was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. The Lady at reception was polite, but she didn’t explain how to use this credit. When we asked, she started checking and consulted with a man in a nearby cubicle. She returned and told us the credit was NOT a monetary benefit but rather a welcome drink at the bar. We are not big drinkers and this wasn’t what we expected. We told her we anticipated a credit toward hotel services (as in other hotels). At this point, the man from the cubicle intervened and stated the “perk” was only a drink. He said he was the hotel’s contact for hotels.com and this is what they offer. When I told him that a written bonus should be honored as stated, he turned his back on us, walked to his cubicle, and hid behind his screen without any further word. We asked the lady to contact the general manager. She said the GM was unavailable until Monday (this was Saturday). We asked for the manager to call us back to the room phone (our mobile phone doesn’t accept incoming calls abroad, only VOIP calls) We left reception with NO RESOLUTION. The hotel DID NOT PROVIDE what was WRITTEN. We did not take their drink. We wrote the GM an email about the incident but she didn’t reply AT ALL, not even after 4 days, even though she surely heard about it from her staff.

Good location, great bed and service Bathroom was a bit deterioraret and breakfast can be improved

Sehr große Zimmer mit tollem Bad und kleiner Küchenzeile auf einem großen Gelände. Leider waren wir mit dem Frühstück sehr unzufrieden, da wir von den Bedienungen igoniert wurden und große Probleme hatten einen Kaffee zu bekommen. Während die polinischen Gäste um uns herum freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient wurden, wurden wir ignoriert. Zudem finden wir es sehr problematisch, dass dort eine Anreise zwingend mit dem Auto erforderlich ist und das Parken aber extrem teuer ist. Das haben wir auf unserer Polenreise nur dort so erlebt. Deneben ist es ein schönes Hotel.

Give the front desk employees a raise for their professionalism

I came to Poznań with my son to celebrate my birthday. The hotel is really nice, and even though it was fully booked, it was quiet. We had a deluxe apartment located in the main building. The swimming pool and saunas are real gems. I truly enjoyed it. We had a night meal at the nearby Mexican restaurant, and it was 5*. I also visited a whiskey bar and had some crafted gins. The service there was outstanding. I will definitely stay at this hotel if I'm in Poznań next time.

Nice hotel with good amentities and proper service. Great location, a lot of restaurants in the area, so everyday you can try different food. We had very nice stay.

Rooms are large and everything is within walking distance, including grocery stores and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and the restaurant attached to the hotel (Cucina 88) is very nice with great food and prices.

Everything was great

It was restaurant under my room with party every night - loud music till 1-2.30am. Second night, after my phone call at midnight with complain receptionist suggested that maybe I could change room in a quiet area of the hotel. From my perspective for 5 stars hotel it is very unprofessional to place guest in the room, when you know that are planned parties underneath.

The room was very clean and big! The staff was very friendly. I would stay here again!

I have stayed at this hotel for many times. Has always been very satisfied. I must admit that the hotel has to be careful not to neglect maintenance. Have noticed that broken things don’t always get fixed. This time the service in restaurant Cucina was not very good. Seems to be new not very professional staff. At breakfast you were not offered coffee, you had to “chase” staff and ask even they were standing and not busy with anything. It was different earlier - I don’t see this as particularly positive. Team at reception was really nice - very positive.

Hotel and facilities are perfect Whole Spa perfect also

Well maintained, beautiful Hotel. From the first look from the street, you would never expect what's behind the security gates. Everything in walking distance, boasting 11 onsite restaurants, Whiskey bar, Casino x2..High end shopping and so much more. I highly recommend this Hotel in Poznan. And not to forget the Spa and Sana...
