Convenient for Stornoway town centre. Comfortable stay.

Arrived at 10pm to find a wedding in full swing with my room practically in the wedding hall - staff were useless and did nothing to help Unable to provide a receipt also on check out. Totally overpriced given the state of the place

we are on the Lewis island venturing out to 5,000 year old history !!!! so Caladhi had us going in all the right directions amen!

What qualities the Caladh lacks in its interior (dated and a bit musty) is more than compensated for by the delightful staff and the excellent food. In fact, we were very impressed by the restaurant. The breakfast buffet offers a 'full Scottish' or continental-style light breakfast while the lunch a dinner menus were quite varied, offering an Indian wrap, a Portuguese chicken sandwich (Nandos!) or local fish. So well done to the head chef and his team!

Comfortable hotel - although the single room was on the small side it was immaculately clean with a super comfy bed.

Staff very pleasant and helpful. Room clean and acceptable, however, disappointed with outlook from the only window, outlook directly on to another room window, no general view whatsoever.

When I say I love this Inn, this is my second year visiting. The hot breakfast is great, customer service warm and friendly without being over done. I just love how they have created such a warm feeling environment to stay in. Its in easy walking distance to all shopping, site seeing, and ferry pick up. Yeah, this is my spot and i'm a budget travel gurl. Oh, oh there is a large grocery store next door that I discovered on this second trip.

Large hotel with over 70?? Rooms. Lots of noise and doors slamming during night. Could benefit from door closers!

The staff were delightful and very professional, breakfast was very good, hotel in a convenient location, other guests were well-behaved (sadly not always the case these days!)

Location was great. Room was small but we got a free upgrade. Carpet and flooring in common areas requires replacement. Only had instant coffee in the morning.

Staff were friendly. Check in was easy. Room was comfortable and spacious. Very handy location for the ferry terminal and bus station. Also plenty parking available

This hotel is a huge disappointment. The bathroom was updated and that’s the nicest thing I can think of to say. The rooms were dingy, and well-worn. There was no thermostat in the room and no we have control with the heat/air conditioner. No mini fridge. No ice available. There was only one outlet and USB ports at all. It was extremely difficult for two people to charge, iPads, phones, etc. Additionally, it was noisy. There was ample parking I would never go back to this hotel

Nice area but the room was overpriced. The bed reminded me of the bed I would sleep on when we visited my grandmother. Squeaky springs.

Close to harbour. Great breakfast, friendly staff
