Ihana henkilökunta. Siisti huone. Ok aamiainen. Jonain päivänä ei riittänyt lämmintä vettä mutta ylensä riitti. Ruoka oli ok hinta/laatusuhde. Eräänä päivänä entecote ei vakuuttanut. Sänky oli minulle liian kova.

Hôtel convenable, lit confortable, mais salle de bain un peu médiocre du style installations de campings. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et très copieux pour une petite structure. Personnel aimable.

Hôtel correct, dommage pas d ascenseur, pour un troisième age un peu difficile avec les bagages

Our second stay in Caen but this was our first stay here, the staff were very friendly and helpful the gentleman who was on bar and restaurant duty in the evening Was great we thought he was English but it turned out he was French and local but spoke English extremely well. Nice evening meal.

Mon séjour s’est bien passé, la chambre correspond à son descriptif et à mes attentes. Le personnel est très professionnel et agréable mais il se montre également discret, se qui est appréciable pour quelqu’un d’introverti comme moi.

Stayed there before catching the ferry the next day, good location and a good sized room.

Check in was easy, with a fluent English speaking receptionist. Comfortable, clean, spacious room. Good value hotel, I'd have no hesitation in staying here again.

Correcte pour une nuit mais un peu de rénovation de la chambre ferait du bien Excellent accueil, il a été très serviable et nous a donné de très bons conseils sur les lieux à visiter à Caen
