All the staff were lovely. The room was amazing with some ocean views, also very clean. Walking distance to shops, and plenty choice of restaurants, and of course the beach. Little noisy at night from the restaurants, but that is what to expect staying in the middle of Broadbeach. My granddaughter and I loved our stay.

Brilliant location but terrible customer service. It’s an aging hotel and in need of repairs. I was charged an extra $40 a night for a child under 5 years old. When I asked why, the explanation was for extra linen and towel. We received two sheets and an extra towel.

Resort/room is a little tired but great location

Very disappointed with the condition of the room and the price paid over the New Year period. Filthy carpet. Cockroach in the wardrobe. Very dusty. Mould in the shower.

Front desk reception (Sally and Julie) were great, very engaging and helpful, made you feel instantly at home. Room size and location was excellent

Easy checkin, friendly staff, room was clean and well equipped. It was nice to be able to sit out on the balcony. Can be a little noisy from nightlife below, but didn't affect my stay. I would definately stay here again. beach, transport and shops within easy walking distance.

It was a well kept hotel with friendly staff, nice facilities including indoor lap pool and gym, and great location. Would definitely come here again.

The reception staff were excellent. We loved our patio.The air conditioning was fine , however it was not very hot weather and I wondered how it would be on hot days.

Well maintained room excellent having the parking provided at no charge/ great location to restaurants and public transport. Short walk to beach and Pacific Fair / apartment roomy with everything we needed for 3 night stay

Room was ready before checkin and welcomed to move in earlier than planned. Staff extremely accommodating and friendly Lovely suite, quality fittings and very comfortable. This was our third stay and we'll be back.

If I wanted to sleep in a nightclub, I’d book one. Our room was directly above three bars blasting music into the early hours, and most rooms sit right above these venues, not just ours. This should have been clearly mentioned before booking. I also emailed reception about the issue, but they didn’t bother to respond.

Great position in Broadbeach. Stayed several times now. Friendly staff . If anything, maybe they should leave more than one bath towel each to use during your stay. That way one could be washed and still be able to have one to use.

Staff very professional and helpful. Outdoor pools and bbq area is great. Room was quite dated, could do with new curtains and fresh paint. Stayed in same complex last year and it was great so each room may vary slightly
