Personale molto accogliente, stanza enorme ma con arredi davvero vecchi e un po' rovinati. Letto comodo, stanza molto ben insonorizzata. Pulizia un po' approssimativa, probabilmente a causa d la vetustà. Zona comoda al centro.

Quarto espaçoso e confortável, equipe de funcionários eficiente e muito gentil. Hotel bem localizado. Café da manhã bom.

Dark dingy room. Shower stall you couldn’t turn around in or bend down to pick something up. Scroungy breakfast. No coffee service in our room although our friends room had a kettle and coffee.

Comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Well located for ferry port and train station, with tram to both for the less energetic. I checked in late Sunday afternoon which meant reception was not staffed, but intercom provided all information to get in and access key card. Very comfortable bed and perfect pillows. Shower was small, but then I'm quite large! Water temperature regulation was very sensitive. Overall a good stop over

The room was great although there was no place in the shower to put soap and shampoo. Also, the shower sprayer would not stay in place. Breakfast on first morning was awful. The coffee was cold and the milk was warm. Streets outside were quite dirty. We were unaware that we needed reservations to eat so it was hard to find a place

Trovo che rispetto qualità prezzo questo posto sia molto buono, sia per la logistica ed anche per il supporto ricevuto dallo staff. Io ho pernottato all' ultimo piano dove c'era un terrazzino comodo con vista sul porto, peccato per la pioggia.

Buona struttura ad un prezzo adeguato

Struttura meravigliosa. molto pulita e nel pieno centro della città. Ottima posizione . Stanze molto spaziose e dotate di tutti i comfort.

Aspectos positivos: - Buena ubicación, estás a 15 / 20 minutos a pie de todos los sitios de interés. - Zona segura. - Variedad de lugares para comer cerca. - Habitación amplia y limpia. Aspectos negativos: - Ducha MUY pequeña, te tenías que bañar con la puerta de la ducha abierta porque de otra manera no te podías mover tranquilo. Por otro lado el agua pasaba de quemarte a estar muy fría y se acumulaba el agua en el piso de la ducha.

Wir sind um 14:05 eigetroffen und wurden nicht reingelassen. Andere Gäste sagten, dass die Rezeption geschlossen sei, da gerade „siesta“ gemacht wird. Nachdem man bei einer Zentrale der Hotelkette angerufen hat, wurde das Hotel in Messina kontaktiert, woraufhin uns die Tür geöffnet wurde. Der Versuch einzuchecken hat jedoch weiterhin nicht geklappt, da die Suche nach einer offenen Rezeption vergeblich war. Nach einiger Wartezeit kam die Angestellte endlich runter. Im Zimmer angekommen haben wir fast keine Ähnlichkeit zu den Bildern online vernommen. Ob dies im ganzen Hotel so ist, können wir nicht beurteilen. Um die Küche zu nutzen muss man einen 20€ Aufpreis zahlen, jedoch frage ich mich wie die Personen, die sich dazu entscheiden hier zu kochen, dies tun sollen, da es kein Besteck, Töpfe etc. gibt. Der Boden im Badezimmer war nass und die Toilette nicht besonders gut gereinigt. Alles in allem wurden unsere Erwartungen stark untertroffen. Es war keine Katastrophe, aber sicherlich keine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

The property is not worth staying at. We found the room in disgusting condition; the floors weren’t clean, the shower door did not close properly and the shower had mold in it! The amenities promised were not there, including the safe. The staff were rude and careless. Additionally, the AC did not work properly; our room was hot and when we tried to turn the temperature down, nothing happened. Another couple that we spoke to in the hotel had worse issues than us and when they tried to contact the 24 hour emergency line, no one picked up. The wifi was annoying to set up and did not work. Messina is a beautiful city and well worth visiting, but not if you stay at this hotel, avoid at all costs.

Venlig personale, der på forhånd havde svaret på vores spørgsmål om parkering. God beliggenhed. Værelset/lejligheden var specielt, men var fint til en overnatning.

Das Hotel wurde scheinbar vor mehreren Jahrzehnten gebaut und seitdem nicht mehr instandgehalten. Im Zimmer sowie im Bad waren die Fugen herausgebrochen sodass dort Schimmel entstanden ist. Aktuell laufen Renovierungsarbeiten die in Kombination mit der nicht vorhandenen Schallisolierung für einen entsprechenden Geräuschpegel sorgen
