Room and hotel was clean and well equipped. The reception staff were friendly. Unfortunately our room was on the 2nd floor. The first night there they had a wedding on and my family could not sleep as there was music playing below us u til 12:30am and the bass was thumping through the floor. We were also on the same level as the fitness suit and any time someone used the running machines you could hear that thumping through the walls as well. Nice hotel but don’t let them put you on the second floor! Especially if they have a wedding on!!!

Room was spacious and spotless plus lovely view of the lake. Also very quiet. Staff were lovely and attentive. The decor, style and general ambience of the Hotel were first class Parking underneath was great, although chargeable Only downside was check in due to system crashing and long delay in getting checked in

Hotel is convenient. On the sea front whilst being ideally located for the local shops, bars and restaurants. Double room was excellent - good size. Warm and comfortable. Breakfast was also good. Delicious and plentiful.

Friendly staff ,There was a Ladies Bag in my Room but reception seen the funny side , Got a Room change. Clean Room & Heating ,, Overall superb Hotel . Lovely relax in the Bath was a Plus 😃

Lovely clean, comfortable, and quiet room. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast buffet was fresh and excellent .

Great venue, clean room with everything you'd expect. Charging £15 for the car park is excessive when spending hundreds of pounds on accommodation, drinks etc.

For the price it’s definitely worth the stay. The beds are super comfy. It was rough weather and the rooms didn’t cancel the noise out at all.

Lovely modern hotel, tasty breakfast

We love this hotel but once again the meal on the first night was truly awful. No apology either. Room wasn’t clean upon checking and took an hour and half to sort. Then, I got accused of smoking in the room. I do not smoke. I stay regularly at this hotel due to my treatment at near by hospital for heart disease. I DO NOT SMOKE, yet I got accused. Awful and I’m afraid our time there is up after going there every fortnight for three nights for the last six months while I had all my hospital treatments. Sickening

Very clean, easy to park although could be cheaper as the pay and display opposite was £5 overnight.

Room was spotlessly clean . The overall stay was so relaxing no noise at all big comfortable bed will be going back

We liked the comfortable bed and quiet room. The shower was a bit of a challenge getting in and out of especially for our not so nimble bodies.

Bar girl was very good
