Our unit was superb - beautifully styled, very comfortable with amazing water views. Great location also.

Great place in a central location

The apartment itself was lovely and very spacious but needs some updating. It was not very clean. Amenities were great. The location was also great!

Have stayed here many times & can never fault it!

Stayed early April 25. Amazing location and views from rooms and staff were great. QBut disappointing to say room needs a lot of attention. Mattress was terrible with topper collapsed to point where i could not sleep on it. Used bed in 2nd room, not what you expect when paying this much. Lots of maintenance issues with cupboard doors, bathrooms, paint missing from ceiling. The bed was reported to Sirocco and response was we can use 2nd bed. Poor outcome! After having bad experiences at both Zanziba and Sirocco, we will be staying else where for future visits.

Pros: location. It’s in a beautiful location on the beach within walking distance to many places. The balcony view is great. The front desk people were very nice and accommodating. The bed was really comfy Pool was nice Cons: Terrible WiFi. Couldn’t even access it in the bedroom. Cleanliness: The room appeared clean, but on closer inspection was dirty. Stained carpet, worn out sofa, dusty. They even had trash in the can when we arrived. It was taken promptly when we called, but the standard of cleanliness wasn’t really that high. Construction noise. When we were there it was super loud at the pool & in room

Excellent all round

The construction noice all Friday for works being done in the complex was unbearable it ruined a whole day for our accommodation as we were working from the unit the noise was over 90 decibels. This was not relaxing in any way!

The young girl who greeted me was so lovely.

Unfortunately the lovely view of the beach couldn’t make up for the lack of cleanliness and care taken by accommodation staff. When raised concerns about these issues we felt the staff would brush them off as if this was a regular occurrence. Very disappointing for accommodation that cost over 300$ per night

We had a pleasant stay with just one minor issue which was addressed straight away but Hotel is in a great location and staff were very helpful.

Property is in excellent location. Nice apts across from beach. Restaurants etc close by, easily walkable.

The location is excellent and the apartment room was large, but the attention to detail inside the apartment was somewhat lacking - e.g. hit & miss A/C, shower doors not well sealed, cheap/basic dryer, odd bathroom décor/fixtures, plastic adhesive hooks for towels, strange kitchen layout, cupboards that didn't close properly, broken kickboard under dishwasher. The internal finishing of the room just didn't match up well to the size & location of the room (strange dichotomy).

Overall property was good. Across the road to the beach and lots of dining options. No coffee machine in thebroom

We loved our stay at Mantra Sirocco. The location was fantastic and the room was spacious. The view was excellent and we Could walk everywhere. However, it was a little dusty and the floors were not very clean, particularly under the dining room table.

Loved staying at Sirocco, everything is nearby. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. Nice bug rooms.

Great Place to stay

Lovely apartment, couldn’t have asked for a better spot, handy for everything. Just felt that the apartment, mainly the living area was a bit sparse, no blinds on the windows, no cushions on the sofa etc think we were comparing it to a privately owned apartment that we had just left on the Gold Coast which was fully furnished and very homey. Wouldn’t stop me from booking again. Staff were also very friendly.
