This hotel is a one of a kind. It is absolutely a marvel how such a hotel exists in the middle of the jungle/rainforest. It is simply gorgeous, and the staff is top notch! The property is amazing with hot springs everywhere - which are stunning and well maintained. The views of the volcano are stunning. So much to do here - You can even whitewater Kayak on site! There too many things to name to do a review any real Justice. What an amazing place!

First class experience in every regards. Staff extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Room was incredible in every way. Best resort experience in my 66 years.

Fantastic hotel with great facilities Loved the hot springs Rio club had a great wildlife reserve to see lots of the wildlife close up Room was large with fantastic balcony overlooking the Arenal volcano Washing facilities were very useful although no dryer which would have been good but was still great to be able wash some of our clothes midway through a 3 week trip

This place has excellent options for kids like hikes, horse back riding, river tubbing, water slide, the animal sanctuary, and great food. The staff was super friendly and the rooms were beautiful

A premium choice for families or couples alike

Our stay at The Springs Resort was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away. The staff was warm, friendly, and made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. But what really makes this place unforgettable are the facilities and the views, truly next level. The hot springs, pools, and amenities are incredible, and the breathtaking scenery all around makes every moment feel special. We had so much fun as a family and created memories we’ll cherish forever. We can’t wait to come back- highly, highly recommend!

Loved this property, so beautiful and so much to do or not do!

From the amazing views, tranquil environment, to the friendly staff, our experience at The Springs Resort & Spa was nothing short of spectacular.

Club Rio is fantastic! All the activities on the property make it so easy to stay at the resort and never leave!

The booking details aren’t accurate on here from what the hotel told us. I don’t understand why there would be an option to pay later when the hotel said we can pay no later than 2 weeks in advance. We almost lost our room, and the communication wasn’t great. We spent 4 hours during a really busy time for us trying to figure out what was going on. We checked in fine, but I was getting charged twice and had to fix it with the hotel and spent more time and stress which was another inconvenience I had to deal with again during my trip and the short amount of time that we did have. I did enjoy my stay, but this was one of the most slippery resorts we’ve ever stayed at.

Beautiful property! Large rooms, wonderful staff and lots to do. The pools were great and club rio rafting was a blast. Highly recommend!

This was by far the best resort we’ve ever stayed at. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. Tony, from TreeTops Grill, always went above and beyond. He was always so kind. Lenny, our housekeeper, always brought a smile to our face with her cute towel decorations. This will be our go to resort! There is so much to explore and do at this resort.

This is among my most favorite resorts in the world. It is a truly amazing place.

The AC on the room it didn’t work and they not even offer me another room or the manager took the time to talk to me
