Hôtel de style ancien, les photos à la réservation ne reflètent pas l’état de l’hôtel. Il est certes propre mais manque de fraîcheur, on a du changer de chambre car la première sentait le moisi et il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude. Il n’y pas de fer à repasser, ni de bouteille d’eau offerte à l’arrivée comme dans d’autres hôtels en Espagne.

O hotel está muito bem localizado, as instalações são boas e limpeza também. O colchão da cama de solteiro é um pouco desconfortável. Tive um problema com o ar condicionado durante minha estada. Em uma das noites a temperatura externa estava 14ºC porém no quarto com as janelas fechadas (devido ao barulho externo) estava quente. Neste dia o ar condicinado central foi desligado. Fui até a recepção e fui infomrado que não poderia ser ligado devido a baixa temperatura externa e o atendente me pediu que abrisse as janelas. Fiz a reserva de um quarto com ar condionado portanto a decisão de liga lo ou não deveria ser do hospede

Todo muy correcto, habitación limpia asi como todos los espacios comunes. Buen check in y check out. Excelente ubicación. Personal muy amable. Sin duda me volvería a alojar aquí.

Hôtel très joli. Un réfrigérateur est à notre disposition dans la chambre. Beaucoup de rangements dans la chambre. Personnel très aimable et à l'écoute.

The hotel is overall offering a poor experience. The rooms have hair, the sockets are broken, especially it’s dangerous in the bathroom. The TV only has channels, no YouTube or something. The staff is not friendly, always grumpy, the grandpa receptionist is so rude.

Everything at the hotel needs to be rebuilt. Bedding was filthy, washrooms were filthy. We had just one night at this hotel which was a nightmare for sure.

Nice room with comfy bed and good shower and towels. TV had very poor reception so couldn’t really use it. Mostly quiet at night but at times there was quite a lot of noise from other room and corridors. Most staff were lovely. The young lady at reception was very helpful, and the chambermaid, the bar and restaurant staff. The hotel was a bit disappointing as we were expecting a historic place full of character. The signage outside was tacky and the bar area was modern with plastic seats. We’d expected a more traditional place. The lobby area had some sort of air purifier smell which was unpleasant. On departure we were able to store our luggage a few hours which was helpful.
