The staff were really welcoming and gave us some good recommendations for restaurants.

Beautiful hotel. Nice rooms. Elegant pub /bar area and dining area. Convenient to shopping and pubs in the area. Parking available close by

The room we stayed in was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and the location of the hotel is impeccable. The breakfast was amazing. The bar is beautiful. My wife and I will definitely book again if we go back to Galway.

Liked the top room with the window in the ceiling. Convenient for walking around Galway. Was a bit noisey, both theough the window as well ad there must have been some power tool work being done in nearby rooms. Not a huge problem, but if you’re looking primarily for peaceful rooms, maybe look elsewhere

Hotellet har bra läge med bekväma sängar. Der är lyhört mellan rummen och ut mot gatan. Det är sällan vamt vatten duschen. Vi var ett större sällskap som bodde på olika våningar och alla hade kallt vatten oavsett om det var morgon eller kväll. Frukosten var inte prisvärd. Bättre att äta på något av caféerna på gatan eller köpa frukost från butiken på andra sidan gatan.

Centrally located on Eyerie Square. Easy walk to lots of cool places in Galway. The breakfast is included and is good. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

The Eyers is an amazing place to stay. Staff is friendly, helpful and very professional. The only thing is the room was pretty small but clean and comfortable.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was great. The parking was non-existent!! The only parking was in a parking garage behind the hotel or 4 blocks down. Not convenient at all. The hotel doesn’t give you any warning in advance and there is no parking outside the hotel to pull in and find out where to park. Thankfully it’s validated so it’s much cheaper ($16). Other then the parking it’s a great hotel.

Staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel is lovely but things kept going wrong...fuses/power blew in the rooms and staff only able to fix half the issue at 9pm, parking tickets never worked despite following directions, parking is a 5 min walk with no luggage drop out front so made it difficult for bluebadge holder and all the baby gear. Overall fine.

Fabulous breakfast staff went out of their way for service and incredible location

the restaurant and bar area are very upscale, but the staff was snobbish. the food was very bland and we hardly saw our waitress. She wasn't cheerful either, she didn't crack a smile or spend two seconds talking to us.

Easy to walk everywhere, nice breakfast .

Nice place but the parking around the area for loading and unloading was problematic. The property itself was nice and a good stay. Centrally located and the discounted parking was a bonus. I would definitely recommend the hotel
