Very good room with all amenities. Spacious

The hotel is too old, located in old downtown of Hefei. The air condition was not working, room temperature was hot and not able to cool down.

Good location but has smell of smoking

Room service needs to improve its food quality and delivery service. Missing of food items ordered and the presentation is poor. Staff service is good though.

Clean, friendly, and convenient

希爾頓本身就是很好的旅館合肥元一希爾頓我住了非常多次今年就至少入住超過20次。前台的服務人員態度很好動作很快我們要求都能夠達到。房間清潔人員非常的熱心幫我們打掃整理房間讓我們感覺很貼心.樓下鳳還巢中餐廳的中餐也非常美味。餐廳內服務的時佩芸服務員講話輕聲細語非常有耐心我們很喜歡他幾乎天天在那裡吃飯.住宿期間因為碰到我的生日他們還特別贈送一個精美的蛋糕。讓我在旅行途中倍感溫馨。非常感激他們。下次我還會再次選擇他們。

깨끗하고 사진보다 실물이 훨씬 좋습니다. 수영장이나 다른 부대시설은 이용은 못하였지만 다음에 허페이로 또 간다면 또 힐튼호텔을 이용할 것입니다 ^^

Food and pool were great. Room service burger was best in hefei. Desserts at dinner were nice too... wifi was a little weak at times in the room but the staff and room were nice

The hotel is very clean and the staff very friendly. Not much by means of food within walking distance; however, if you're willing to take the local train a few stops, there are numerous options to choose from. The local train is right outside the Hilton property.

Overall I still happy to stay here again.

房间算是寛敞。餐廳質素一般。員工使勁推銷優惠計劃。the room was tidy and roomy. Food in the Chinese restaurant was fair and the staff kept approaching us selling some kind of membership program which was rather annoying.

마음에 쏙듭니다 그런데 가격이 좀 올랐네요

힐튼은 어딜가든 훌륭한 서비스를 제공합니다. 수영장은 4층이었지만 창을 통해 빛이 들어와 환했어요. 그런데 수영장만 개방을 한건지 사람들이 굉장히 많았습니다. 코치와 훈련하는 초등학생 아이가 있을 정도. 휘트니스 센터도 4층에 같이 있는데 조정 기구가 재미있었어요. 운동화 수영모 등이 없으면 운동할 수 없음. 근처엔 딱히 먹을만한게 없습니다.... 근데 합비는 좁은 동네라 택시타고 조금만 나가면 10~20위안 정도? 어디든 가서 먹을 수 있습니다.
