The front desk person was nice and pleasant. We have stayed here before but the upkeep has deteriorated. The curtains in the room was ripped. The bed had bent frame legs. Chair in the room was broken.

Has a great indoor pool, indoor basketball court, pool table, and small nice arcade center Keeps the family entertained especially if it’s a rainy day. The rooms are very clean but a little worn in the bathroom. It’s less than 15 minute drive to Hershey park and for the price…. It’s worth it

Great arcade and nice pool area. The complimentary breakfast was very good with lots of choices. It was close to Hershey. It’s a little dated, but perfect for an overnight at Hershey.

We had stayed here overnight on our way home to New York and to take our kids to chocolate World we had an incredible room and it was very affordable. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely book it again.

I left a small bag after I checked out and they called me right away. Great customer service! Game room was great. Hotel clean. Breakfast good. Would stay again!

The hotel was clean but it is looking a bit run down in areas. Some updating and repairs works help. The pool was nice except for two things: the hotel advertised that it has a water slide for the pool but it no longer does and it was over chlorinated. My eyes started burning as soon as I entered the room. The room was great. No problems there aside from the sheer curtain on the window being a bit frayed. The breakfast was mediocre. Eggs appeared to be powdered, pancakes were thin and a little rubbery from an automatic maker.

Nice big rooms with a pull out sofa bed. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. Pool was great. I would stay here again.

This is one of my favorite hotels in the Hershey area! Clean, friendly! Nice pool and an arcade. Don't forget to go to the Farmer's Market on the other side of the light!
