The Hotel is very close to the Museums,the canal cruises, and the Berlin tower. Great location. Breakfast was exceptional lots of variety. Rooms were quite for a good nights sleep. Staff were very friendly. Highly recommend staying here.

Vi valgte hotellet grunnet lokasjon og mulighet for parkering, men det var dessverre ingen p-plasser tilhørende hotellet, kun gateparkering. Vi var heldige og fant plass, men er du på bilferie, så anbefaler vi at man forsikrer seg om parkeringsplass på forhånd. Hotelletrommet var fint og ga oss en god følelse. Plasseringen er perfekt om du ønsker å være i et litt roligere strøk, men med mulighet for å spasere til de fleste store severdigheter.

Très bon déjeuner complet, hôtel très propre et bien situé.

Bra beläget i Berlin med närhet till Alexander Platz. Dåligt utbud av restauranger och caféer i direkt anslutning till hotellet. Men mängder av mindre ställen inte långt bort. Väldigt bra sängar.

Hotellet er lækkert og centralt placeret. Personalet i receptionen er imødekommende og høflige. Maden i restauranten er under middel. Vi bestilte aftensmad den første aften - det virkede til, at det var varmet i mikroovnen. Vandet sovs, generelt smagsløst, kødet var sejt. Morgenmaden var okay - når der var fyldt op. Flere af retterne løb tør og blev ikke fyldt op - og brødet var tørt. Personalet virkede ikke til at have travlt med at få de tomme fade fyldt op.

Im Bad hat die Lüftung nicht funktioniert. Badewannen sind unüblich und nicht funktionell sowie nicht geeignet für eingeschränkte Personen. Nach dem Duschen war der Boden nass durch Lücken und unzureichende Schließung. Ferner frage ich mich im 5. Stock, ob das Fenster ganz geöffnet werden darf, wenn das Fenster knietief ist und kein Geländer vorhanden ist. Bei Frühstück wurden Dinge zu langsam nachgefüllt und blieben lange leer. Beim Auschecken wurden wir nicht gefragt, wie der Aufenthalt war und auch nicht wirklich etwas gesagt. Das Auf Wiedersehen war eher gequält. Da lässt sich im Hotel noch einiges verbessern, wobei die Lage echt gut ist, zentral und dennoch ruhig.

Good hotel with a fair price

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Tolle Gegend.

Cute hotel right in the center of the museum campus. I came during the heatwave of June 2026 and the per-room adjustable AC blew nice and cold through the night. Shower was big and clean, and the bed was huge and comfortable. I even had a big fridge with a freezer which was amazing. Loved my stay here and would come again

The hotel's location couldn't be better, close to Gendarmenmarkt, Museum Island, Potsdamer Platz, shopping, public transportation, and a wide variety of restaurants. Rooms are reasonably large and comfortable, though the mannered chairs take up way too much space and should be replaced. Desk staff could be more welcoming but the women on the restaurant staff are wonderfully friendly and there is a good, though pricey, breakfast buffet. The bar offers cocktails at a discount on weekdays. The laundry service is poor to the point of being unusable, charging double on weekends and for pickups even one minute after the stated 9 am guest delivery time. For longer stays a self-service laundromat is the only option.

Hotel is in a great, central location for exploring restaurants and monuments. It was comforting having 24 hour front desk staff and the bar/restaurant staff are excellent. The saunas and wellness area were clean and well attended to. Would be helpful to have more than just cardio equipment in the gym. The junior suite was ok. The view was nice with the courtyard BUT #1 The fridge in the room smelled of urine so strong that if you opened it the room was swamped. We advised the front desk of this multiple times but nothing was done so we were unable to use the fridge for 6 days and were not able to drink the included beverages due to the stench. #2 The king bed is actually two small twin beds and regardless of size, this was the most uncomfortable bed(s) we have EVER experienced as a couple in their 30’s who has travelled to multiple countries. #3 We stripped our bed to ensure it would be cleaned (as cleaning only happens if you remember to request it the day before) and discovered the most disgusting mattress cover that had clearly been soiled multiple times and never washed (It was replaced after we removed it) #4 The hotel was quiet until the morning when the cleaning crew showed up and had zero respect for the guests by letting every door slam or having doors propped open with the tv blasting for all to hear. This is definitely not a luxury property as advertised. 6/10.
