El aire acondicionado no estaba diposnible y la regadera es demasiado pequeña, son solo algunos detalles, sin embargo, el hotel tiene excelente ubicación y la atención es muy buena por parte de todo el personal.

Vom Dom und den Einkaufsstrassen gut erreichbar. Tram Verbindung direkt vor dem Haus, Metro nur ca. 2-3 Minuten zu Fuss. Frühstück für 15 Euro pro Person eher mageres Buffet für diesen Preis.

Par Hotel. com ,j'avais obtenu une chambre avec trois lits et je n'ai eu que deux lits et..un lit d'appoint à la literie horrible.Quand j'ai demandé. au moins une lampe de chevet j'ai essuyé un refus . Je me suis levé chaque jour avec malais reins . Je vous demande une indemnisation

Buena ubicación, mal aislamiento del ruido (pasan tranvías) y ascensor muy pequeño (entra carrito muy plegado de bebé por un ancho de 50cm y una persona) y habitación pequeña

10日間滞在しましたが、毎日丁寧に清掃してくれて助かりました。クラシックホテルなので設備は相当のものですが、宿泊には影響しないです。フロントスタッフも親切で英語での会話も問題ありません。 grazie mille！

Gick ej att sova, dåligt isolerat, hög ljudnivå utanför samt stenhårda sängar. Dålig frukostbuffe.

This is not a four star by any means. no coffee in room, one elevator broken other is slow, AC and fan disabled and no small room fans, mosquitoes through open window so bring itch cream, breakfast was good, tv didn’t work well as it was pixelating, weak water pressure. Not unusual for European hotel but hotel ratings need to change.

Terrific property ideally situated to Milan’s must see sites. Rooms are tastefully remodeled & comfortable. One exception however is the very small shower.

Location and staff are great, unfortunately the rooms are not, paper thin walls so rooms are loud, tiny bathroom without any basic amenities like shampoo, and stone hard bed and pillows

Estadia incrível, quarto do hotel muito confortável, apesar do box do banheiro ser minúsculo, cabe apenas uma pessoa. O elevador do hotel é pequeno, só cabem duas pessoas. Ótima localização, caminhando uns 10/12 min até a Duomo de Milano, com restaurantes próximos.

séjour d'une seule nuit. bon accueil du réceptionniste qui parle plusieurs langues. déçu par la chambre qui était très petite ainsi que la salle de bain avec une douche extrêmement étroite. ne ressemble pas à ce qu'on attend d'un 4 étoiles. petit déjeuné très moyen au sous sol. des frais d'environ 10 € facturés à notre départ en plus des petits déjeunés (11 €) et de la taxe locale (5 € / nuit / personne)

Gammalt hotell med nyrenoverade rum och ändå var det en hel del trasigt som att filtret i blandaren lossnade när man spolade vatten, handtaget till minikylen trasigt, proppen i handfatet trasigt mm. Annars bra avstånd till stan och till restauranger.

The only thing nice about the place was Davide, front desk. Cleaning staff did a good job. Washrooms are extremely small. Elevator was mostly out of use. We were on 5th floor and walked up and down all the time.
