We had an unforgettable stay at Hotel Santa Caterina. The property is breathtaking, perched on a cliff with panoramic Amalfi Coast views and a private elevator leading to a serene private beach. There was a mix-up with our initial room, but the staff handled it with professionalism and quickly moved us to a beautiful Junior Suite with a stunning sea view. Service was exceptional throughout — from the concierge to the restaurant team. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea was truly magical. Once settled, our stay was flawless. Highly recommended for anyone seeking luxury, elegance, and relaxation in Amalfi. We can’t wait to return!

All I can say is WOW!! The hotel is so beautiful, tge lobbies, sitting areas in and outside, the pool, the restaurants! The gardens are beautiful, walking the garden felt like a fairyland. The staff go far and beyond excellent.

If you’re looking for a truly amazing luxury vacation experience, this is the place. Santa Caterina is top notch in every way. The hotel is absolutely stunning and the staff could not be more attentive. The room was absolutely beautiful. The heated, salt water pool just steps from the sea was fantastic. The breakfast had every option you could image and the service was impeccable. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you for a wonderful experience. This was hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stay at.

After a long time, we experienced the timeless European Hospitality that was Attentive and Authentic. Amazingly trained staff who do their work with so much passion! The view was breath-taking and I can say that this is one of the best places to stay for a quiet wonderful vacation in Amalfi Coast. Thank you team Santa Catarina. Incredible property, rooms, staff and service. Extremely difficult for dining if you're vegan as the restaurants have very limited options. You can only eat pasta with tomato sauce, risotto, vegetable soup, or a salad so many times. This typically wouldn't be a big deal, but the surrounding area also has very limited options for vegans. Again, no big deal if you're there for a couple of days. Anything longer than that and you'll likely be wishing So, this hotel is so great and the area is amazing, but if you're vegan plan accordingly. We suggest a shorter stay, or bring food with you.

The staff and the property was amazing. Their service exceptional. Simone was very helpful and even helped plan our day out. Truly truly amazing, one of the best hotels and service we came across in Italy. Even St.Regis couldn't compare to the service here.

Amazing hotel with breath taking views. Great staff and food.

The beautiful property includes a pool area with fantastic lunch and dinner restaurants, including a Michelin Star restaurant, which was terrific. We really enjoyed the property, which had a great pool and restaurant staff. However, our experiences with the front desk and concierge staff left us with a lot to be desired. The front desk staff appeared to lack any sense of organization and communication among the staff. For example, when we were checking out, we had a ferry departing from Amalfi for Capri, and they said they had arranged the luggage transportation to the port (about .8 kilometers from the hotel. At Twenty minutes before the ferry was scheduled to leave, there was no car and no communication to us on what was going on. Luckily, we found a water taxi to take us from the hotel port to the ferry port. Still, because of the time, the water taxi had to dock illegally in order for us not to miss the ferry - it was literally a "diving catch" and not a great experience. That was one example of several of the front desk/concierge not being organized or communicating effectively with guests. Would I go back? Absolutely! Beautify property! We know now that we have to arrange all our transfers despite the staff offering to do so.
