Nice hotel, but staff was not friendly at all. Shower is poor but room was good with nice balcony overlooking the city.

The staff was super helpful. Even for reserving taxi services. They helped us bridge the language gap with our driver. Told us the sites that we must see in Orvieto. And our room - #503 is fantastic! 2 balconies with panoramic views. Amazing! Can't say enough. Breakfast was good, too.

Lovely hotel in Orvieto, with a rooftop deck and rooms with balconies. Very good breakfast spread. Overall, loved it! Hope to be back!

The staff was surly, the internet was rarely consistent and the air conditioning was turned off by the staff who the. Denied that but at my urging turned it back on in my presence. Breakfast was va lackluster and coffee never replenished in the self serve pots. I would stay away!

Alte abgewohnte Einrichtung. Zimmer war nicht sehr sauber. Alte Wolldecken lagen unordentlich im Schrank. Wirkte nicht sehr hygienisch.

Ottimo hotel in una posizione davvero centrale, per chi visita Orvieto è ideale. Mi è piaciuto tantissimo che al check in il personale ci ha illustrato la mappa della città e i principali monumenti da visitare.Ottima e varia anche la colazione. Ottimo.

Grand Italia is a very well located, comfortable, very well maintained 3 star tourist hotel. No frills, but not without charm.

Pleasant personal excellent buffet hard working staff.

Clean, spacious rooms. Noisy, chatty staff in halls. Insulting breakfast: cold eggs and coffe. No replenishing; if eggs were gone by 08:30, you’re out of luck. Do not book if the breakfast is a draw.

Clean, comfortable hotel in the center of Orvieto. Very well located. Buffet breakfast was just ok.

Air conditioning broken in both rooms, had to be downgraded to get rooms with AC. Dirty bath towel left folded in bathroom. Overall terrible experience and in no way should this hotel be listed above 2 stars
