Great place well located

テルミニ駅から徒歩1～2分　行く前は治安の不安も抱えていましたが、夜でも賑やかで、駅やホテル周辺では怪しい人は見かけませんでした 近くのレストランは思ったより安価で、美味しくてローマのイメージが一変しました ホテルは、複数を経営しているらしく、泊った部屋はミラージュとは違う建物でした 部屋は広くて快適 簡素ですが、朝食も付いています（朝食はミラージュで食べます） こちらに泊まったおかげでまたローマに行きたくなりました

エクスペディアで支払済なのに、ホテルで379ユーロを請求され、深夜なので仕方なくカード払いしました。 チェックアウト時に荷物預かりを頼むと、現金で14ユーロを請求され、領収証も引換券もくれません。スタッフのポケットに入ったかもしれません。 ホテルでは、宿泊客以外の荷物預かりも副業でやっていて、レセプション周辺はスーツケースだらけです。 １泊約200ユーロですが、コップも歯ブラシもありません。朝食は出ますが、史上最低レベルです。 チェックアウトした後はトイレ使用もできないので、注意して下さい。

It was super close to the train station. Was very cramped but that is Rome. For a last minute stay they went out of their way to make it good. Great staff

This hotel has small rooms and is a bit dated and in a noisy part of the city. However, it is clean, safe, and the staff were great and friendly. It is also conveniently located near major transportation, making getting around the city extremely easy. We were only in the room long enough to sleep and shower, the hotel worked perfectly for our family of 3.

Location is good on the one hand as next to Termini and quite noisy from the other...some people were fighting on the streets outside and yelling in midnight... But the hotel itself is good. Breakfast is mediocre but for the price ok

ローマの主要駅テルミニ駅かとても近く立地はとてもいいです。 部屋はとてもかなり古く、トイレの水が止まらず一晩中流水音が聞こえたり、換気扇の音がうるさかったり、暖房が効かなかったりしました。 ホテルのスタッフに伝えてもこれが普通だとのことです。 ただ清掃は行き届いていて、汚くはないです。 フロントスタッフ(特に黒髪の眼鏡をかけた男性)は笑顔がなく、冷たい印象です。 施設の不具合を言っても真剣には対応してくれないです。 Expediaの写真にあるにこやかなスタッフとは全く違います。 アメニティはシャンプー兼ボディソープと石鹸のみです。バスタオルはフワフワで気持ちよかったです。 チェックアウト後に荷物を預かってもらえるか聞いたところ、€6/個とのことでした。 私は駅近くのもっと安い所を利用しました。 正直、サービスも微妙です。 料金や施設の古さは色々と理由があるのかと思いますが、何よりスタッフの感じが悪かったのが残念でした。

We were mistreated at this hotel! We booked a room for four people through Hotel.com, and when we got there they told us that our reservation was for 3! They wanted to charge us an absurd amount more, around 250 euros! The tall male employee was very rude, insistently speaking to us in Italian, interrupting us all the time and there was no negotiation or understanding on his part! We then decided to look for another hotel nearby that could accommodate 2 people for a better price. And as soon as we said that we would not upgrade, they immediately lowered the price, desperate for everyone to stay. We did the upgrade, which was to put only one more single bed! in the same small room. When they took us to our room, we were simply told that it would be in another building!! Two blocks from the hotel. It was the 4 of us, plus the rude employee, who was walking through the streets full of suitcases. I yelled at him that it wasn't what we had agreed, since the hotel had the same address as before. Even though I spoke to him, he simply ignored me and walked very quickly in front of us! The building where the room was located had no doorman, it was full of weird men, almost no one was walking around, and the room was very smelly! We asked to return to the official building that was shown in the photos on the website. 2nd factor: the breakfast was of very poor quality, dry and hard bread, butter and yogurt only, there was no options. All the guests arrived and left feeling sad!

Todo el personal super atento (en especial Gracia), pero el individuo que aparece en la foto de la promoción del hotel es sumamente grosero, nefasto!!! La cama es sumamente pequeña. El aire acondicionado no servía, ni tampoco la calefacción. Le falta mantenimiento al hotel en general, las fotos al parecer son de cuando era nuevo o fue remodelado …

Pessima esperienza per questo hotel propietario ha provato di fregarmi altri 200€ dicendo che prenotazione sbagliate meno male grazie a assistenza hotel.com hanno risolto il problema Hotel molto sconsigliato attenti

I liked because is near to Roma -Termini

Infelizmente o hotel não atende o que é esperado. Café da manhã limitado, horário de café da manhã curto (somente 1h30min), serve este café tarde somente às 8horas, a maioria dos funcionários estressados, não tem ar condicionado , quartos gelados, aquecedores não aquecem, não tem sofá, nem cadeira na recepção. Maquina de venda de cappuccino , a gente compra cappuccino , entrega só café. Chegou um momento que insistir muito para obter um cobertor decente. Enfim apresenta na Publicidade como um hotel muito bom mas isso não verdade! Não recomendo nem para os inimigos!!! Único ponto positivo é a localização!

Reservation was for 4pax, but receptionist said reservation only for 2pax. DAYTIME RECEPTIONIST rude. ROOM SO SMALL FOR 4PAX, not enough room for 2 folding beds, and a queen bed. NO face towel, shampoo. someone enteref our room while we were out, new towels provide, and left door unlocked. Insct bites incurred by myself and wife...probably bed bugs!

The rudest staff, who don't speak a word of English. We asked for a disabled room- confirmed during the booking- and did not receive one. They will not switch the aircon on "because it's October" (never mind it was boiling hot in the hotel). They were extremely rude to everyone on our r party, yelled at my grandchildren and made us feel like thieves. We left the hotel and they will not refund us for whatever reason. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Room not that clean , not provide

Close proximity to central station. Lots of restaurants close by. Room was very very loud from both hallways and outside noise. Shower head was broken and water poured out everywhere also flooded rather quickly. Bed was ok apart from pillows were that flat and hard they may as well been non existent. Air conditioner in room barely works. Overall poor property and im super tired!!

The check in was fine although they required holding a passport as a key deposit. The room was in a building 2 blocks away. The front desk clerk walked us over there and gave us instructions on things. Clean room but in a noisy area. Had a free traditional breakfast of “cornetto e cappuccino” at the main hotel. It was close to Roma Termini and checked all the boxes we needed checked for staying one night in Rome before heading north.
