I LOVED this place! We ate in the cafe while we waited for our room to get ready for check in. So good. It was right across the street from the cathedral and around the corner from where the Messiah was written and first performed. The in-house pub was great. Great people and music! And at the end of the night, you only need take the elevator up to your room. Staff was so helpful. Room was perfect. Even over the pub, we were able to get a good night's sleep!

Okay for a relatively inexpensive hotel and a short stay. The physical configuration of the building made the room interior awkward to navigate. As an older property, electircal outlets and switches were a bit inconveniently placed.

Nice hotel right in the heart of the city,.easy to get to via Dublin Express with plenty of pubs around.

Great, good value fixed price breakfast. Nice bar with the promised live music every night lively but not rowdy while we were there. All staff really friendly and helpful, would certainly book here again.

Loved the hotel… a but on the older side but the staff location and bar/restaurant way made up for it! Highly recommend!

Great location. Nice old hotel with an interesting history. Rooms okay. Water pressure low in our room on the 5th floor. Downstairs bar always packed, couldn’t find seats most of the time. Breakfast good.

We had a small issue with bedding and the staff IMMEDIATELY took care of all our concerns. INCREDIBLE PLACE…. Might want to bring ear plugs if your on the side of the cathedral, as each hour is announced (all night and day) lol

We recently stayed one night but wish we had more time to explore the area. Darkey Kelly’s Bar is right next door and features traditional music every night. Unfortunately we had to catch an early flight so we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the music. The fish and chips looked amazing. The hotel is within walking distance to Grafton Street and the Temple Bar district,

Nice helpful staff and location

The staff here is absolutely amazing! I cannot praise them enough. They go over and beyond to assure your stay is pleasant.

Everyone was very friendly, from the minute you enter the door , Rochelle greeted us immediately with a big smile! Never once stopped, everyone in our group recognized and appreciated. The Staff at Dalkey kelly very helpful to secure a table for our group with huge smiles and laughter. Copper alley bistro staff also very friendly and gracious during breakfast time. Easy walk to brazen head pub, Dublina, Christ Church, St Patrick’s, temple bar and Guinness storehouse.

Breakfast was excellent, bar was a lot of fun, front desk staff was great.

Staff was fantastic -- so helpful and friendly. The bar next door was a terrific find, with great live music and food. The hotel's location was perfect for us. We loved our stay.
