Habitación limpia, de fácil acceso a los lugares principales de la ciudad de Madrid.

La ubicación está genial ya que está a unos pasos de la puerta del sol y del metro Sol, a este metro se llega fácil desde el aeropuerto

We were initially given a room in a separate building across the street, which felt quite different from what we expected from the pictures. The building was outdated, empty, and the elevator was not working properly. It was only working to other floors than were the rooms were located so we had to take the stairs one floor. After asking, we were kindly moved to the main building, which was much nicer and recently renovated. From that point, our stay was 5/5 - clean, comfortable, great facilities with a fridge, kettle, microwave. Very happy with our stay after the room change.😍

Gostei do hotel. Uma excelente localização, perto de muitos pontos turísticos. Não sei sobre o café da manhã pq não tomei, vi que tinha que pagar uma taxa a mais e achei caro numa padaria próxima saia bem mais em conta. Toalhas boas limpas, cama boa. No geral gostei.

Room was clean

La ubicación del hotel inmejorable, muy céntrico, se puede recorrer lo más importante de la ciudad a pie. La habitación tiene un balcón al exterior que se agradecemucho. La habitación muy pequeña, para acceder al sanitario mi acompañante se tenía qué subir a su cama para dejarme pasar, En las paredes del área de regadera había moho, no me sentí cómoda al bañarme.

Quarto muito pequeno. A cama rangido a qualquer movimento.

Hotel bem localizado, porém o colchão é péssimo, não tem travesseiros individual, deixou a desejar nesses pontos.

A localização é excelente! Indiscutível, perto de tudo, fizemos todo o trajeto no centro histórico a pé. Entretanto, quanto à acomodação necessário que a administração reveja a condição de uso dos colchões, no terceiro dia estava um verdadeiro buraco de uma lado. Sem condições nenhuma de uso.

Excellent stay overall. The hotel has a great location, very convenient and close to everything. The experience from start to finish was very good, and the staff made me feel welcome. Definitely a place I would return to without hesitation if I have the opportunity to visit Madrid again.

There was no shuttle. Flat rate of 33 Euros by taxi. Location was great, staff was super nice. Overhead shower was broken, so had to use the hand sprayer. Beds were really firm. Best feature was that they held the luggage for a few hours before and after check in and out, which we needed.

Disponibilizam sache de café soluvel, chá, açúcar e agua quente no quarto. É muito bem localizado. Limpeza diária com troca de toalhas. Sanitário muito bom. Frigobar no quarto. Gostei.
