Perfect for my short break in Paris. Friendly welcome on arrival, nice clean room, comfy bed, power points and usb, powerful shower and a decent enough continental breakfast. Positioned between two metro stations and with local shops and bars within walking distance; it was ideal for my needs.

Hotel is just 10-15 minutes walk from Gare du Nord and situated in a quiet street. Front desk staff were all friendly.

The cleanliness of the room leaves much to be desired. As you can see in the photo, the toilet was dirty, with stains left by a previous guest. I reported this to reception when I left in the morning and they promised to come and clean it during the day, but although they did come to make the bed, at the end of the day the stains were still there. It's a shame because the room is reasonably comfortable, the reception staff are very friendly and the breakfast is fine. But it is not acceptable for the bathroom to be dirty, and even less so when, after reporting it, they come to clean it and it remains the same.

Tres bon emplacement, rue plutôt calme. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner qui privilégie la qualité et non la quantité de choix. Mini viennoiseries très bonnes, baguette tradition fraîche, fruits de qualité. C était vraiment bien.

Absolutely recommend this place. The location is great and safe. The staff is friendly and it has an elevator! What more do you need.

This was my 2nd time staying at Relais du Pres. The first time was wonderful all around. However, this time we were disappointed with a number of issues. We stayed 4 nights. Our bathroom shower door was too small and the water sprayed onto the floor.There was also a foul smell in the bathroom a number of times. Our carpet and a stool were very badly stained. The breakfast room staff were not very friendly and we had to ask for our coffee each morning. One day, there was no fruit left at 8:45 am. The next day, there was no bread left at 8:45. A guest had to complain at the front desk and a staff member rushed out and brought back enough bread for one table of guests only.
