Muy bonita habitation, amplia, comoda!

Buona sistemazione a Siviglia, a piedi si raggiunge facilmente sia la zona della cattedrale che il quartiere dell'Alfalfa, con tanti locali e bar di tapas. Le camere sono moderne e pulite, come anche il bagno, con una doccia bella spaziosa. Ottima colazione a buffet.

We wish the roof patio was open after 9 pm. There was no place to play cards or just hang out

Too far to walk from most attractions. Rooftop super crowded. Worst part is the reception staff that gave me a smaller room, i wouldn’t have known if i had not seen the room given to my friend, we both booked the same room yet i was given a smaller single. Lots of construction noise non-stop. Avoid and find a better option!

shower water did not come out until a staff came to fix it which took about 2 minutes to figure it why (a switch was badly stuck and need a big force to pull it out). TV channel had problem first night and they fixed it second day but still no English channel which is i think important part of hotel stay for foreigner.

Rooftop was not open (March 23-26) which was upsetting as the weather was not bad it was sunny and would’ve been nice to be able to use the pool and rooftop. The room is small. The outlets in the bathroom were all loose. The closet door didn’t open all the way, it hits the nightstand. The staff was good, didn’t have much of an interaction with them other than check in and checkout. I wouldn’t stay here again and don’t recommend. There are better places to stay in Seville, especially for the price.

Ruhige Zimmer und gutes Frühstück. Der Spa-Bereich ist empfehlenswert, sauber und warm. Die Betten etwas hart.

Staff not helpful and not customer orientated. And there are so many issues and Problems with the guest room: 1. Upon arrival, the first one assigned to me with Aircon problem and take one hour for the hotel staff to acknowledge and offer to change room. But they only gave us 5 mins to repack my stuff to go to another one. 2. With second room, the wardrobe’s door cannot completed open. It is a bit blocked by the small cabinet next to bed. 3. The door for the mini bar fridge is kind of broken. The door cannot close completely. 4. The most important one is the guest room door. It is not well fitted with the frame. I can see white stuff to cover the unfitted part after closing the door. I will not recommend this hotel .
