Hôtel calme, proche de la mer. Bon rapport qualité / prix

Cet hôtel je le recommande car il m'est arrivée un truc de fou j'ai eu des soucis avec le transport que je devais prendre je suis arrivée à Nice vers 1h du matin. Je me suis dit que j'allais dormir dehors en faite non le directeur à attendu que j'arrive pour que je dors à l'hôtel.

Hôtel très proche de la plage (pour l'instant compliqué avec les travaux du tram) et donc de la Promenade ! Mais pas de service (accueil aimable mais minimalist) et manque d'entretien (très vieilles moquettes, clim hors service). Très bon petit déj à 30 mètres, à la boulangerie qui fournit l'hotel. Grand lit confortable, mais pas de draps assez grands, ils sont donc superposés, ce qui n'est pas agréable. Mini frigo dans un état plus qu'avancé. Quartier calme.

Für eine Nacht, reicht dieses Hotel gerade so aus. Es ist sehr heruntergekommen und abgewohnt. Ich sollte 24 Stunden im Vorwege mit dem Hotel Kontakt aufnehmen, zwecks einchecken. Leider war niemand telefonisch erreichbar. Als wir vor Ort ankamen, war der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Ein Telefon besaß er jedoch nicht. Das ein und aus checken war sehr unkompliziert und es kamen auch keine versteckten Kosten auf uns zu. Die Lage ist o. k. Innerhalb von 5 Minuten ist man an der Promenade. Mit Fenster offen zu schlafen würde ich niemandem empfehlen, da die Straße sehr laut ist und das obwohl es eine Sackgasse ist. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht wieder buchen.

Gostamos muito da localização, conforto do quarto. Muito próximo a orla marítima. Padaria, supermercado e ônibus bem próximos. Voltaria com certeza.

Good clean basic budget type hotel. Not easy to find though as it is off several side roads from the main promenade. There are a lot of road works near by due to a tram line under construction. Like any city once you have your bearings you should be OK. Nice great & vibrant city & I enjoyed my few days there.

Städningen var dålig . Receptionen oftast obemannad . Slitet och ganska ofräscht.

Great quiet hotel in convinient location.

Two multi-tasking staff, one doesn't speak or understand English. Clean functional rooms with air conditioning; Free-Sat TV; en-suite and comfortable beds. Hotel has no bar, but the local supermarket sold nice Rose wine @ 2.80 Euro a bottle!!

The door of the hotel was locked when we arrived at 5pm. There was no light in the corridor to go to our room and it was difficult to unlock the door. It was impossible to close the door without a big noise. The hair dryer was broken. The bathroom was very small and there was no curtain to take the shower. There was anyone before 10am for the breakfast. When we left, there was only a women speaking in russian. The communication was not easy and she made a mistake and charge us the breakfast 2 times.
