My experience at this property was unfortunately far below the expectations created by its online ratings.
Breakfast is not actually served in a proper dining area. Instead, guests receive a small basket in the room with very limited items and no hot options at all (no eggs or cooked alternatives). For a hotel presented at this level, this is quite disappointing.
Even more problematic is the fact that there is no reception staff from the evening until 9:00 AM. During this long period, guests have no one to contact if there is any issue, which is not acceptable from a basic service and safety perspective.
In addition, as an Expedia Platinum member, I was informed that a special benefit would be provided, yet nothing was offered or acknowledged during my stay.
Overall, the experience did not match the reputation reflected in the ratings on booking platforms and social media. I believe future guests should be aware that the level of service may be significantly different from what the scores suggest.
