I do not want to say anything bad about this hotel as the staff are very nice and kind, and there is nothing to complain about the cleanliness, amenities, or anything else. However, the room I stayed in was awful. Some beep noise coming from somewhere every 20 or 30 minutes disrupted my decent sleep. I guess the noise came from the switchboard (which regulates the distribution of electricity) just behind my room. If there hadn't been such an issue, the rating would have been at least a 4.

Très bien situé, tout proche du château et des rues piétonnes. Excellent accueil souriant. Pratique : dans ce quartier où il est très difficile voire impossible de se garer, L'Hotel propose quelques boxes = 15€/la journée. Pas de café dans les chambres mais libre accès à une cafetière près de l'accueil.

Good location, nice staff

Très bonne qualité d'accueil et de séjour, je recommande vivement. L'Hôtel est bien placé pour le centre ville et les transport en commun

Un peu déçue de l’hôtel, j’ai pas très appréciée l’ambiance de l’hôtel et la chambre également… mobilier ancien… par contre bien situé avec parking près de la gare

El hotel tiene una situación inmejorable. El servicio es bueno y escuchan tus peticiones. Pedimos una habitación tranquila y realmente fue así. Alguna vez escuchamos ruido de aviones del aeropuerto que se encuentra próximo a la ciudad pero entiendo que fue por el viento. De todas maneras se duerme perfectamente. Recepción muy amable.

Everything was close by, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.Very nicely located by the waterfront.

Nice hotel but very small rooms. Great location for walking around and many restaurants nearby. Good private parking too.

Excelente localização. Pessoal muito atencioso. Apesar de ter elevador, antes de chegar à acomodação, tem-se que subir e descer vários degraus. Péssima acessibilidade para deficientes ou com malas. O hotel só ajuda com as malas na chegada.

Personnel très accueillant. Quartier idéal pour ses restaurants et zones piétonnes. Très belle vue de la chambre sur le château des ducs de Bretagne.

Well located - walkable to from the train station and pretty much to all attractions in the city. In any event, very near a tram stop. Breakfast was excellent and staff very pleasant and helpful.
