Veldig bra frokostmeny.

The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was nice and modern as well. The location is great and there is a corner store for buying snacks and water really near by. The pool is also amazing and has incredible views. The hotel is also very close to some bus stops that will easily take you into the centre!

Overall the place was good. Location is on a hill with narrow windy street, so can be tiring walk back. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Only major con is room smelled a bit like mold/meldew and water would get everywhere when you showered because there is only one door with limited coverage. Pool area and bar were nice.

Vi hade ett boende rätt nära receptionen, något lyhört mellan rummen. Vi reste med en 3 mån bebis och fick spjälsäng på beställning. Balkongen hade ingen eftermiddagssol. Skönt, men lockade också till sig mygg. Kunde inte vädra. AC på rummet fungerade bara vid 15°c, vilket gjorde att det blev iskallt på natten. Så fick slå på/stänga av när man vaknade till. Minikylen tog lång tid på sig att kyla något öht. Vatten erbjöds vid ankomst - toppen! Trevligt poolområde med service. Vi åt ingen frukost på hotellet, fanns bra caféer och restauranger i området för bra pris. Tänkvärt med barnvagn är att det är backigt och genvägar innebär trappor. Köpcentrum vid hamnen med butiker och restauranger är ca 15min promenad. Taxi till Palma (centrum) kostar drygt 10€ och från flygplats ca 35€. Ovärt att ta buss - tyckte vi, då den ibland aldrig kom eller ofta väldigt försenade.

The hotel staff were all welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was plentiful and meal portions were large. Whole hotel includinh pool were very clean and well kept. Only drawback was the hilly location of the hotel.

Le staff est tres gentils. Par contre, ils charges pour utiliser le coffre de sécurité dans la chamber. Pas de café dans la chamber.

Vi brukte ikke bassenget og hadde ikke bil. Fint hotell og hyggelig betjening. God frokost og beliggenhet

Aunque pedí cama grande, me dieron 2 camas...de 80. Pequeñas para mi! Tampoco me permitieron aparcar, aun teniendo tarjeta azul. Habitaciones vaciasby abiertas, chico de recepcion pasivo...mucho que mejorar.

Room in good condition, staff are courteous, pictures online are accurate. However, receptionist charged me a different price to pay at property when I've asked her to check 3 times on 2 occasions on the day of check in, the next morning they called me at 8AM mentioning that I am the one who made the mistake...

Low satisfaction due to lack of services such as defected safe and almost no provision for the guests ( no water, dental kit, slippers, no pool despite mentioning it as an advantage ...) In general, I would say this hotel must be 2 stars hotel based on the condition.
