Helt nydelig opphold. på ett fantastisk rom i 8 etasje. med fantastisk utsikt over den gamle havnen. . Alt var nydelig og personalet ordnet alt med transfer og oppbevaring av bagasje. helt ekstremt positiv opplevelse, Må anbefales , skal du til Marseille er dette hotellet du ønsker å bo på. Midt i smørøyet, og personale som er 100 % der for deg. Takk for oppholdet.

Chambre magnifique et le personnel est vraiment top

Je vais commencer par la critique constructive à savoir sur les prix exorbitants des snakes et boissons mis à disposition dans les chambres, du petit déjeuner mais aussi des claquements de porte (de manière répétée, c'est carrément infernal). Sinon j'ai passé un excellent séjour avec une vue imprenable sur le Vieux Port et notre bonne mère. Je recommande.

Das Hotel ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen und riecht etwas muffig. Es ist aber sauber und das Zimmer mit Hafenblick war optimal für das Feierwerk zum 14. Juli.

Excellent, well-maintained, centrally located hotel. If you are driving, get GPS directions to the closest parking facility, since the front of the hotel is on a pedestrianized street. The front rooms have a wonderful view of the port. Just one disadvantage: the night we stayed, there was a live band at a nearby restaurant that played until midnight.

Die Ausicht war ein Traum, das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich . Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut! Leider hatten wir einen extrem unangenehmen Geruch im Zimmer, vor allem im Bad. Uns wurde auch nachdem wir reklamierten ein anderes Zimmer angeboten.

A bit faded but the best position and view in Marseilles. Room was large and comfortable with a terrace to die for. We chose to have breakfast at one of the many adjoining places.

Disrupted twice Zero cooperation or empathy with staff when we called for help. Basically we were told to figure it out yourself! We lost more than $6000 , took over 48 hours , The travel disruption insurance is a scam. We have put over 26 hours into talking to staff, insurers etc and the sheer documentation is designed to deter any normal person to bother making a claim. We are confident that this is a huge profit mechanism for CIBC and Expedia! We will never use Expedia again and will cut up our CIBC Aventura Card

I love this place. The location, the views, the rooms. All terrific. Book the suites - it is worth it.

Hôtel extraordinairement situé sur le vieux port, vue a coupé le souffle depuis les chambres et suites avec balcon donnant sur le port et la bonne mère. Chambre super bien décorée et équipée. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel, avec des produits de grandes qualité, comme saumon fumé, plusieurs fromages, jus de fruits frais, cuissons d'oeufs différentes, de multiple pains, fruits, etc... Personnel très très sympa. Parking couvert QPark à prix préférentiel à quelques centaines de mètres de l'hôtel. Il est certain que si je dois revenir à Marseille, nous irons dans cet hôtel de nouveau.
